I think and observed that the building is under renovation.
No activity as of this day.
Maybe after the renovation, it will be reopen.
No advise is given on the resumption of the activities in the gallery.

It locates in between gate 8 and 11 and It limited to group visitor only hence It could be jammed pack if lots of group come at the same time. Hence the rushes during the explanation from the guide. It was kinda too bad, because actually the topic and explanation is kinda interesting.

We stumbled upon this place by mistake, after found out that the Assalam Museum was closed for renovation. Was informed by one of the visitor that the visiting hours are limited and cater to groups only. The four of us Malaysian tried our luck and pretended to be in queue with a group of Indonesian visitors, which was successful and were allowed to enter. We even had the chance to listen to the briefing in Bahasa Indonesia.
The writings on the wall of Allah's 99 names, hadith, etc were displayed beautifully. However we were rushed to follow the tour because few other groups will following behind us and the museum will cater to their preferred language. We didnt have the chance to read and understand each of the display.

Situated on the boundary of Masjid Nabawi, well worth a visit. Beautiful illustration on large screens. Thought provoking and insightful. Takes about 15 min to do complete tour.

You make very person connections with the names of Allah. The video about the universe and gallaxies makes you realize how immense the creation is. It is a very humbling experience

I tried to visit this exhibition as I heard a lot about it from my friends outside India but was sad to see how the Saudis were behaving and being partial with the pilgrims of South East Asia.
We came early once the Maghrib prayer was over. Standing in the line for half an hour, waiting for our turn to enter the place. Then once we were about to enter, a Saudi guard came and asked our home country, rather a screening was done and all the people with dark complexion were inquired if we were from India or Pakistan. Any nod in 'Yes', and we were asked to step out from the line and told to go away as the exhibition was CLOSED FOR US. Wow, thanks for the insult. Jazakallah. In spite of the fact that we were not allowed to enter on multiple occasions and I finally returned from the City of Prophet without visiting the exhibition, I would still rate the place to be average and not bad, as the name of Allah is associated with this. Alhamdulillah.

This is a kind of museum or exhibition centre near the gate 13 of the Holy Mosque in Madinah. All the Holy names of the Almighty Allah are explained here with meaning, with calligraphy, with history, by the Holy Quaran. Remains crowded all the time. Better to visit in the morning.
