This whole red road walkway area has cut outs and ramps all over. Great controlled road crossings For bikes strollers or wheelchairs it is brick so not smooth. But very doable This is down at the far end of the Krasnoyar beyond the divided road. It is off to the side and you can pose at the table

Gorgeous, grand statue. Easy to find on Krasnaya street. Stands in front of some administrative building. I've witnessed a protester to police brutality there holding a poster and having a calm conversation with local police. Possibly one of those moments when you do a quick raise of a brow,and move on
