If you want to get a view of the city, this is a good spot to visit. The chapel is very small and has nothing to offer though but I think it is still a nice place to walk around and explore..

Choose a good weather condition day and go there (better by walk, if you have enough time). Nice views, small shiny chapel - just enjoy you life :) There is a cannon near of the chapel, which is firing once per day (at morning time, 10AM or 12AM).

This is not only a landmark in Krasnoyarsk, it is a point that they orient the city by. It's a fabulous church dedicated to a saint "Paraskeva Pyatnitsa" - you can get some icons and souvenirs. But, it's also a wonderful vantage point to see the city of Krasnoyarsk from all angles. It does get windy, but it's a great vies.

Take the local bus to get here and enjoy the city views. To return to the city you can walk down some stairs and path, to begin city exploring.
