I did see it with my fiance during our stay, but I honestly have no idea what was so special with the statue!

Some how managed throw soviet time, this statue, and whole small square around look so non-Russian, that for a moment you may imagine being in Europe. There is a nice cafe on the square, take a coffee and look to the Torkel
