Here, between the Griboyedov Canal, Moyka River, Sadovaya street and Mikhailovskiy Palace with Russian Museum within it, is located this gorgeous park, called The Michael or Mikhailovsky Garden ( Sad). We liked it a lot and when we've been in this area to visit some of the musems adjoining it, we profited to take some agreeable promenades on its fine... More

Close to church of the Spilled Blood it is great park with many green areas and fresh areas, far away from the rush of the city.

The Park is large and beautiful. There is a small pond with a cute bridge. This is an ideal place to breath fresh air and walk beneath huge old trees.

Located at the back of the Church of the Spilled Blood, after walking around all too much my wife and I entered this park to explore it. Beautiful! Filled with tall leafy trees, grass, walk paths and too few benches (more on that below). Yet, for some reason there was no exit out the other side; those were all closed... More

We were lucky enough to be here during the interactive exhibition. What great fun we had. Beautifully maintained gardens with a lovely lake on expansive grounds, in the middle of Palace District at the historic centre of St Petersburg

This is a lovely park in the centre of the city. Despite busy streets close by, the park seemed to be a peaceful haven. There are lots of trees, play areas and large areas of grass with a canal along one side.

The gardens at Michael Palace are expansive, well kept, and peaceful. The palace itself is not far removed from busy city streets, but the trees are healthy and do a wonderful job of creating a green sanctuary surrounding the palace, complete with follies, ponds etc - I was there to visit the palace but I saw many locals strolling the... The best park in the city that has been rebuilt after the wR to its former beauty. All of the trees and buildings were designed to give the people a space to relax from everyday life although it was designed for the old royalty. Many couples are seen wandering the beUtiful grounds admiring the beauty, taking pictures and snacking in... More

Beautiful park in the middle of the city, just next to the most popular church in St. Petersburg. The park its extremely well maintain and its as peaceful as you can get. Its full of lovely benches to sit and relax. Just a pity that you can sit on the grass for a while...

It is always so nice when a city remembers to bring a bit of the Country into Town by reserving an area of Park Land for the city dwellers. It is enjoyed by all!
