Very similar to St Basils in Moscow, and just as impressive. The setting by the side of the canal only adds to the effect.

We stopped here with our guide and she explained how the church came to be. The mosaics of Bible stories are so beautiful. I loved this stop.

Absolutely fantastic. Though it is just over 100 years old i was though with how grand it is. Absolutely recommended to go inside and explore the mosaics. Wish the restoration is completed soon
