This is an odd review as I did not go on MaxiBalt's tour, for almost a year we had planned our cruise to Russia. After exhaustive research we found all the places we wanted to visit on our 2 day shore excursion to St. Petersburg but could not find a tour company that would

Dear Cathy, Thank you so much for your review. Yes, it's the most unusual one but truly, times we live in nowadays are unusual. We had everything well planned and reserved for your St Petersburg private shore excursion - so unfortunate that due to virus circumstances you had to cancel your trip. In fact - all tours with us this summer got canceled. And of course we made all refunds where needed. Reputation is probably the most valuable asset in our industry - and we need to sustain it. This crisis is a real challenge for travel business all over the world. But we are optimists! I really hope that things will eventually get better. Please consider us when you start planning your next cruise over here - we will be happy to provide you with best of St Petersburg shore tour! Wishing you all health and well being, Alexei and the team

Was hesitant to use an outside company but to late to book through our cruise line. One of the best decision we have made! Alexei picked us up at our cruise ship on time, took us to the railway station and made sure we got on the correct car. We traveled in business class for a

Dear Robert and Gloria, Thank you very much for your review. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your one day visa-free shore tour of Moscow from St Petersburg. We do understand that people may not feel very confident when booking this logistically complicated tour away from their cruise so we do care about their feedback after it's done. And we are ready to offer obvious advantages to help clients make the right decision. First: our tour is always private to compare to big bus tour when booked with the ship. Our private guides in Moscow are very hospitable and courteous. Second - we always do it with bullet train (great time-saver!!) instead of flying on planes. And of course we make sure our tours are always available and more attractive in price. Thank you for entrusting your holiday with us! Please spread the word) And of course you are always welcome back! Your Russian friend, Alexei

Dear Sandy! Thank you so much for such a comprehensive and thorough review full of positive feedback and remarks. I am happy that our St Petersburg private tour + folk show and a complete Baltic ports shore excursion package worked out so well for your family. Thank you for being so positive from the very beginning of our trip planning - it helped us a lot. Please know that your right attitude and openness is one of the main reasons that it all was such a success. It's definitely flattering to receive such a good rating from a person who's also from tourism business and knows all ins and outs outs of it. Please spread the word) and you have to come back to spend more time in St Petersburg and maybe visit Moscow as well. Just let me know! Your Russian friend - Alexei

I booked a comfort tour with MaxiBalt Tours as both of us have mobility problems. I sent several e mails, even one from the ship to confirm everything was ok. I can't comment on how good MaxiBalt Tours are as we didn't get one. We found out by chance that we had been passed on
