It was an amazing experience and Thanks a lot Natalia for making our Saint Petersburg trip full of fun,learning ,completely soaked us in Russian culture with delicious cuisines,shopping etc etc..

We arranged a tour of Peterhof Palace with Hello Russia rather than signing up for Viking's group tour. The cost was similar, but it was just my wife and I, Natalia and the driver. This made the tour so much more enjoyable. We were able to see more due to our greater mobility, her access to places like the grotto, and being able to enter rooms ahead of large groups like we would have been in otherwise.
Natalia was flexible as well. We didn't leave until half an hour after our scheduled time because Viking decided to jockey our boat without informing anyone onboard. She understood it was beyond our control and the tour went on as planned. Her English is very good, she's well educated and traveled. A large part of what I enjoyed had nothing to do with the palace, but simply being able to discuss contemporary Russia and everyday life with a native who has a broader frame of reference. With the Viking tours, we had large groups, guides with varying degrees of English ability, scripted presentations, and little opportunity for detail or unrelated discussion. Our tour with Natalia was price competitive and much more enjoyable and informative. She's also a relaxed and pleasant person, so easy to tour with. This was the only "private" tour we did and was at the end of our Viking cruise, but should we do another cruise I will definitely compare private options with the ship's offerings. This one was a winner.

A private tour guide is the way to go and Natalie and her crew are the best. We avoided the hassle of a large group tour and really appreciated the personal attention we were given. They were very accommodating and bent over backwards to show us a good time. Make sure to ask for a vodka tasting. You won't be disappointed. Skip the priceyexcursions offered by your cruise ship and call Natalie when you plan to visit St. Petersburg.

We spent two and a half days with Natalia touring around the main sights of St Petersburg and nearby Peterhof and Tsarskoye Selo. Natalia was a most excellent guide; very good English, extremely knowledgeable, easy to get along with and a good sense of humour! We saw everything that we wanted and a couple of really interesting surprises too. Pay attention when she speaks to you and get to know your Peters, Ivans, Alexanders and Nicholases becuase there will be questions later in the tour. Highly recommended!

Nadiya and Natalia were the most perfect guides. They were flexible, informative, and full of information. They made suggestions, adjusted timing to best maneuver through the city's traffic, gave us history and context, answered questions, and got us to the airport exactly on time. They were both simply charming. We had a lovely day with them!

Our group of 7 did a Peterhoff tour with Natalia. Our group had different requests from what they wanted to see in St Petersburg. Natalia adjusted our time and added a trip to the subway as was requested and another photo stop as well on our way to Peterhoff. Natalia was able to even add a vodka tasting at the last minute as well. Natalia speaks English very well and is delightful to be around. She also handled our Visas and emailed to us all the necessary information in a timely manner prior to our arrival in Russia.

we absolutely loved our time with Natalia!! she provided us with lots of info, answered all of our questions, and allowed us to customize our tour experience during our time with her. she was nice, approachable, and personable, and was extremely accommodating! if you’re looking for an informative, fun, and flexible tour experience, this is it!

We just spent 2 days in St. Petersburg while on a cruise. I booked 2 days of tours with Hello Russia Tours. Natalia arranged everything for us, from securing visas to tickets to museums. She responded immediately to all my emails and questions. It was our 5th visit to this city, and a lot has changed over the years. Natalia and her colleague Nadia showed us things we had never seen. They also gave us a new perspective on many we had already seen. Not only did they both speak perfect English, but they were both charming and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!!!

We booked two days private tour on 21st & 22nd June. Natalia helped a lot in preparing our itinerary according to our preferences and made sure everything went well. Nadia, our guide for two days was very punctual, knowledgeable & patient. Both of you made our trip a memorable one.

We had a small group of 6 visiting St Petersburg for the first time. Natalia was very responsive over email and everything was organised efficiently for our 3 day trip. Our guided tours covered what we wanted to see and our guides, Natalia and Maria were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was arranged seamlessly and we were picked up on time every day. It was a great experience and I would certainly recommend Hello Russia to anyone visiting St Petersburg. Thanks Natalia for being a wonderful guide!
