Behind the hotel I stayed at is a pedestrian street with some statues on it. I haven't managed to see if they have descriptions but I was with someone from Arkhangelsk who told me about this one. He is a tiny man but work passing by.

What a lovely monument, such a vivid cat! The old man's hand shines as well as his nose. People touch it for luck. It's the monument that opens the pedestrian area of Chumbarova Luchinskogo street. Pisakhov greets all people, wishes them luck, saying:" Have a nice day!"

In our city many attractions, but this cute monument in recent years gained huge popularity. In Arkhangelsk will be sure to shake his hand and RUB the nose. They say it's for luck!
