I ws very impressed with the ambience inside the gates. The monks are very welcoming, and the service I witnessed was highly spiritual, thought-provoking, and also engaging, as the public and visitors are almost encouraged to watch. The architecture itself is beautiful, and I walked away from my visit here having done a lot of reflection, and gained a new appreciation of the importance of religion to the people of Blagoveschensk, which is one of the poorer, perhaps more forgotten cities of Russia.

This a lovely orthodox church where very often the popes organize religious events with all the monks participating. The mass services are very intimate and you feel spirituality.
