The tour was excellent. Irina was very competent and fun. Despite the weather she took her time to carefully explain the history and architecture of the different buildings and attractions. Very professional. I would recommend it to anyone wants to enjoy Moscow and its history.

Highly recommend the tours in Moscow and St Petersburg. In both cities we, my sister and I, went on private tours with Tour-Moscow guides. We had an amazing one on one, personalized experience with each of the guides. In Moscow our guide was Snezhana, who was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed a lovely day together, starting off in the beautiful Moscow underground. The stations are beautifully designed and decorated with statues, busts, marble, stained glass, mosaics and chandeliers. Very clean, well kept and safe.Snezhana was very knowledgeable about each station, explaining the meaning of all the mosaics and designs. We then went to the Kremlin. Once again Snezhana was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions. We also had many discussions about her own personal experiences growing up and living in Russia, which we greatly enjoyed and increased our understanding of Russian life and culture. After lunch we headed off on a car tour of the city, where we were able to see some of the sights which were not in the center of the city. Overall, was a wonderful day and learned a lot about this beautiful and fascinating city. A few days later we met Mikhail in the lobby of our hotel and embarked on a tour of St Petersburg. We started off in a mini van and drove around the city seeing St Isaacs Cathedral, Peter and Paul Fortress, Nevsky Prospect, Church of the Savior on Blood, the Winter Palace among other important and beautiful points of interest. Mikhail was very knowledgable and patient. He took us to many souvenir stores, at our request. My advice on souvenirs is buy!!! When I got home I regretted not buying more of the beautiful matryoshka nesting dolls. After lunch we headed to the Hermitage museum, and Mikhail was an absolutely excellent guide. He instinctively knew what we would be more interested in and tailored his commentary to suit. Overall a great day, we learned so much with Mikhail. To be honest you need more than one day in each of these cities, I want to go back already!! For the short amount of time we had, these tours were perfect. We learned so much more than we even hoped to. We will never forget our tours with Snezhana and Mikhail and will recommend Tour- Moscow to any family or friends visiting Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Both the cities are beautiful more so St Petersberg However language is a big problem in Russia. They cannot understand basic English also We have hired taxi from 'Amay' Taxi service. They provided excellent service with English speaking drivers. They offered tailor made packages. But for them, we would have been directionless.

As an wheelchair user I can recommend Maxi Bolt Tours, they provided us with a wonderful tour and we really enjoyed our short time in this wonderful city. Micheal was brilliant and enabled us to see the very best of the city.. They have a disabled friendly car making our tour of the city easy and we loved our visits to The Catherine Palace and Peterhoff in comfort. We visited all of the sites that I was able to visit I really loved the Faberge Museum just perfect, We travelled to St Petersburg via a cruise so we had to find a tour company who could enable us to visit all the main sites. We contacted them and Alexei gave us a detailed program which took us to the places we wanted to visit and even organise a visit to the ballet. We can recommend them to both disabled and able travellers. Thank you Michael for enabling me to have my dream come to.

Olga, our guide, was fantastic. Prompt, well organized, great english and incredibly knowledgeable. We did a 1.5 hour walk around Red Square and surrounds before a well considered 2.5 hour car trip around the highlights of Moscow at night, topped off with an inspired visit to a scale model of the city to better position and illustrate all the sites we'd seen. Highly recommended and especially grateful we had Olga as our guide.
