We visited with 2 very happy small children. A very refreshing amount of space in the tanks and to walk around in but so many people with so little respect for the animals launching their arms into the tanks. Very poor access for prams and the disabled. Not much good having disabled toilets when the disabled can't gain full access to the facility.…

Animals were in very small cages and never see daylight as it is below a shopping mall. It was very sad.

There was nothing great, we spent a lot of time to reach the outskirts. The ticket were priced slightly higher than expectations and the value derived out of the experience did not match the price paid for.

Watched the musical show which was absolutely great! The sea lions especially showed interesting tricks! The songs made the whole atmosphere so magical and fun! Recommend to spend a bit more money and sit near the center.
