The Roman Catholic Cathedral is the only place in the capital of Russia where the atmosphere of the real church and the sounds of a large pipe-organ combine. A neo-gothic “Piece of Europe” in the center of Moscow is visited annually by more than 120 000 listeners. They enjoy organ, ancient, classical, spiritual and modern music. Concerts in the Catholic Cathedral of Moscow are held in free time from worship and are open for any people to visit. The organizer of the concerts is the charitable foundation “De Boni Arte”.

The Catholic Cathedral in Moscow is not only a place where Catholics can gather for Sunday mass. There are often organ concerts there, and in General it is a pleasant place

This cathedral understandably pales in comparison to the Orthodox ones in Moscow. Having seen some truly amazing Roman cathedrals this one has little by way of beauty interiorly except the comforting echo of a Roman cathedral filled with pews awaiting the grateful believer who has...More

This place is truly a jewel in middle of the city. It looks very different at different times of the day. From outside it is truly an architectural marvel. A photographer's delight!!

Moscow is associated with churches, but the ones with golden domes. Meeting such a great example of gotique architecture is really surprising!

Go there without reading its history is a pity (like knowing that the top tower was demolished on purpose during WWII to remove a possible target reference) but the comparison to other European churches (mix between the Duomo in Milan and Westminster Cathedral in London)...More

It is a beautiful church, the curious thing is at the end of mass, the priest comes out to the parking lot and blesses like 50 cars.

Especially if there is some organ music concert going on. You will not regret it, plus it is a great chance to meet new people: concerts are normally being visited by a lot of expats who live and work in Moscow.

I think the church is rather inaccessible by metro. The nearest stop is a long way off but still walkable. If you have google map, it can also help you.
