Moscow Metro Palaces Online Tour

Moscow Metro is more than just public transport. Thousands of people volunteered to build what became known as 'The Palace of the People'. Today, it offers lavishly decorated stations with marble halls, stained glass, paintings, statues, and mosaics. Now is the perfect time to admire it from the comfort of your living room.
I will show you nine breathtaking stations and will help you to understand the Moscow Metro history and Soviet history in general. You will also learn the Moscow Metro secrets and observe hidden historical objects, as well as the modern-day image of the Moscow Metro.
What happened in the Metro during WWII? What stations do we have movie nights and yoga classes? Is there anywhere else in the world that compares to our beautiful Metro stations? That’s just some of the questions we will cover on our virtual experience.
I will use 3D panoramas, photos, videos, and graphics so you can have an unforgettable experience. In the end, we will have a Q&A session.

Breathtaking internal architecture; beautiful displays, extensive stock varieties and excellent refrigerated displays. Certainly not your 'average Department Store' but so worth a visit and to see some Russian architectural history

We always shop at grocery stores when we travel because that is where we can experience what the locals eat. We have never gone grocery shopping in a converted 18th century mansion complete with stained glass, chandeliers and ornate art nouveau decorations! We didn't buy much but just marveled at the beauty of the store. There were souvenirs to purchase here as well.

It's simply stunning! The rooms are spectacular! It's very hard to believe that this is a grocery store. I walked around not believing the decorations and wood work and the chandeliers.
