We had a grand tour of the Kremlin with Presidential Palace in-sight. It is a Complex with palaces and chapels. Tsar Cannon and Tsar Bell are two of the Kremlin's most visited attractions. It was quiet and empty while visiting in December 2019. There were 4 chapels to visit with authentic touches. SEE photos.

My Armory tour was amazing. Even though I lived in Moscow and love history the insightful information provided by the guide indicated how much more there is to learn. The organization of the tour was impeccable and the guide and the assistance staff showed a very good command of Entlish. I also travelled with Pradiz to Baikal and Yerevan, and was just as content with the whole experience.

We booked 3 tours with Pradiz for my US friends and myself. There were three of us. It's been an amazing time and Anna was a great story-teller. Not only they learnt much about the local culture, but also picked some Russian words! Dobre den', mojno esche, pavtarite pajalusta ;)

The tour consists of two aspects: 1) Administration and booking 2) The guided tour itself My experience with the administration (and the results from it) ruined this experience for me. I am an expat in Moscow and organized this three-hour tour for my business partners from Taiwan. One of the partners is in a wheelchair and I have inquired the wheelchair accessibility with the administrator several times prior to our visit (see attached picture). The administrator has confirmed the accessibility. It was told that the armory is fully accessible for handicapped guests and that only the cathedrals have a few steps. My business partner is able to walk a few steps so I proceeded with the booking. At the Kremlin grounds, I already realized from the first reaction and the face expression of the guide that accessibility would be a problem. And it was: 1) The cathedrals indeed have a few steps - this was correct 2) The Armory is not accessible and the person in the wheelchair had to wait downstairs (inside - but without access to any exhibition!) The shameful organization of this tour and the false information were a huge disappointment. The financial gain of the tour in turn for disappointing a person in a wheelchair? Shame on this operator! I have no other words. The second star comes from my consideration that this was not the fault of the guide itself. The guide tried to solve the shortcomings by her management. However, please consider another operator! Do not consider Kremlin if you are in a wheelchair (only if you can walk stairs) - at the moment accessibility is extremely limited. I heard that there are plans for installing ramps but now there aren't any - you need someone who carries you in the wheelchair at several locations.

Response from Diana Z, Генеральный директор at Kremlin Tour
Responded Dec 22, 2019
Hello Moritz, Diana’s here, Pradiz/KremlinTour director. I just came across your review of the tour with us on TripAdvisor and spoke to a person that communicated with you on that. I’m deeply sorry for the inconvenience to your guests/partners caused by an incorrect information given by one of my colleagues. I spoke to Lana to figure out how it could have happened as she is aware of the number of steps inside the Armoury and we never recommend it to anyone in a wheelchair - otherwise we’d have received many reviews like yours over the years. She joined the company a few months ago, and said she was stressed out that day and didn’t somehow noticed the Armory Museum in question. I’ll also make sure to review some of our internal processes to eliminate the issues like this one and keep all of our guests happy. This is our top priority. Would your guest accept the refund for admissions to both Kremlin and Armory for your guest? If you believe it can resolve the issue I’ll be happy to process a refund. Thanks for your time and response and hope your trip to Russia was a success. Diana

We visited Moscow for the day and it included a number of key places in the city. The Kremlin Tour was exceptionally interesting with all the history explained. This was organised through our cruise ship which landed in St Petersburg.
