We were suggested by a friend to visit. Walked from the Kremlin. Old architecture, chandeliers and highly priced goods. Took a walk around and that was that.

We would have missed the entrance to this shop had we not had a guide with us - doesn't have a huge neon sign outside stating Tesco Metro or ASDA! Actually is more like a Harrods or beautiful Art Deco shop that sells everyday items...More

We did not know what to expect and were awestruck with what we saw. It is the most ornate grocery store ever. Beautiful and historical. Good for shopping too. Not touristy
