My meeting schedules in Moscow and St Petersburg were very tight and difficult. However, Viki managed to help me create wonderful bicycle tours around my busy schedules. Viki picked me up at the airport when I arrived, accompany me during the city tours all the way to making sure I fly back to Indonesia safely and on time. Viki also keeps reminding me to wear my facemask whenever I have to go through underground passes and trains. She prepares everything in detail. Thank you so much, Viki! You are the best.

Victoria took me on a wonderful 3 day tour of the historical Golden Ring cities in Russia. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and put together a tour closely tailored to my interests. Her driving was excellent, even in very challenging winter conditions. We stayed in a monastery and a lovely log house, eating in monasteries and local cafes, as well as nice restaurants. So I felt like I saw a side of Russia that I would never have seen with a more commercial tour, the food was fantastic and very Russian, and the costs were very reasonable. Back in Moscow, Victoria took me on a tour of monasteries and churches, and made recommendations for the days I spent looking around on my own. She has a great store of local knowledge, and was very prompt and professional. Thankyou Vikitours!

We visited Moscow and Murmansk in feb 2020. We made the trip planning in January 2020. I found viki Smirnova in trip advisor when looking for cycle tours in Moscow. I texted in whatsapp. She replied very prompt!!! She answered in midst of her work. I was keep on texting and calling her as we had very less time to plan. She answered everything polite and prompt. Finally fixed our trip to radonezh monastery with river and water wheel, torbeyevo frozen lake, 12 streams of sergiev, sergiev posad. Everything was great place and more than we expected. Her daughter (4yrs) too accompanied us. She took us in her car. We enjoyed every moment of the trip. She was like our friend. She knows russian, English and Chinese!! She has excellent knowledge about Russian history, geography and culture. We are looking forward to visit Russia and travel with her sometime in future! One more thing is, she can very well give you the plan as per the your taste and need. It’s very difficult to get some travel guide like that 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Thank you very much for you review. It was great to meet your nice family! From my point of view it was a great trip too, as we could experience some Russian winter. Indeed it was possible only outside of Moscow as this season winter was very warm, and due to cars and buildings heating it is always warmer in city. Welcome sometimes again!

They tour we did with Viki in and around Moscow in feb 2020 was more than what we expected. she took us to the places less visited by tourists. The places were untouched and out of the world! Thank you for showing us the other side of Russian nature! She was like a friend. She has a deep knowledge of Russian history! She drives so well! Can never forget her daughter Raya ! We miss you all 👋🏻☺️

We learned about Viktoria Smirnova (http://www.vikitours.com/ , email: viki95@list.ru)
via TripAdvisor. Her English is great and she really knows Moscow, especially some of the lesser-known sites. My wife and I had 6 days in Moscow, so Viki developed an itinerary, picked us up every day and drove us to the sites or accompanied us on the bus/metro. She also found us some great classical music events. She's very friendly and trustworthy. We highly recommend her !

We hired Victoria for a one day guide for Moscow. She was great! She allowed us to customize our day, which was a huge plus for us. She toured the Armory with us, as well as the Kremlin and 3 of it's cathedrals, Red Square, the Metro, and Izmailovsky Market. She was very knowledgeable and has a good command of the English language. It was so interesting to hear firsthand what it was like growing up in Moscow. We had a great time comparing cultures, and discussing politics and religion. We didn't just see the sights--we feel that we understand the Russian culture so much more now. We highly recommend Victoria!!

Viktoria showed us areas within a short walking distance of Red Square that dates back to the beginnings of Moscow. She took us to "local" shops where the prices were reasonable and products made in Russia, . She took us to a local shop where my wife even found Russia made perfumes for her and our daughter. When I return to Moscow, I will use her services again.

We (two couples) visited Moscow for the new years (2014/2015) and spent 1,5 days with Viki one being the 31st of December.
She was very punctual and very eager to meet and show us around. Apart from being very polite, easy going (with respect to altering the program according to our wishes) she was very knowledgeable, she knew her way around the city very well.
We would recommend anyone visiting Moscow to enjoy the city with (and learn about the Russian culture from) with Viki.

We were in Moscow the first week of September (2013) for the second time. The first time we were in Moscow was on a Viking River Cruise in 2011. Instead of going on the tours with Viking, we opted to hire Viktoria to show us Moscow. She was great! We saw about twice as many sites as those passengers who opted to tour with Viking. But, Moscow had way too many sites to see in just 2+ days. So we went back for 5 plus days this year. We contacted Viktoria to see if she was available. We knew her, she spoke English (and Finnish), she had a great personality, knew Russian history, we trusted her, and knew that she was dependable.
We asked her to recommend a hotel, to handle airport transfers, and to guide us. Our trip took place as planned with no snags and we had a great time. In fact, I am ready to return to tour more of Russia. Viktoria took us to all of the Kremlin area sites, including the not so well know City of Moscow Museum. We drove out of the City to Gorki Leninskiye--the house where Lenin lived and died. She also took us to the Intercession (Pokrovsky) Monastery-where the remains of Matrona Dmitrievna Nikonova are buried. Many miracles have been attributed to this latter day Saint. We went to a hidden area within Moscow where there is an old monastery and several pre-revolution houses. We ate at a cafe located in a Market where we were told by he owners that we were the first foreigners to eat at his cafe. We traveled by walking, car, walking, the subway, and walking.
Should we return to Moscow, we will hire Viktoria again.

Viki is terrific. Before your trip she will help you plan you itinerary. When you're there she will help teak and accommodate your needs. She is facile with political, social, and art history. And she is a doll! Don't think twice about having her be your guide while in Moscow.

Hi I my wife ages 72 & 65 and daughter 44 would be in Moscow for FOUR Days in March, 2018. Please suggest a suitable TOUR to see all IMPORTANT Places during this period. Also cost of Tour and whether Pick Up at Hotel. Also what would weather be like and kind of clothing recommended.
Written July 24, 2017
Hi, thank you for your questions. The weather in the beginning of March is Russian winter weather (warm coats, and warm water protected shoes, gloves. scarves and wool hats). At the end of March it rather unpredictable: it can be cold(-5C) or warm (up to +20C), so warm water protected shoes, gloves. scarves and wool hats are nessesary, but coats can be suitable for European winter with sweater just for case.
Four days is enough to visit main Moscow attraction. Please for detailed itinerary please let me know the way your interests flow so I can give you custom tailored advise.

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
