We recently spent 5 days in Moscow and 5 days in St Petersberg. We engaged WeHeart Moscow for 3 tours during our stay. We decided we did not need guides for museum and art gallery visits. Prior to the tour, Polina helped us to work out what we should see and in what order. She also helped us in booking the Bolshoi and how to get organised with SIM cards, airport transport etc.
Our guide in Moscow was Miriam. Miriam is a delightful young lady with lots of knowledge and very good communication skills. We did a tour of Central Moscow, the subway stations, and walked along the embankment towards the Strelka island and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. Miriam modified her itinerary so we could pick up our Bolshoi tickets and showed us where to catch trains for museums and our Petersberg train.
We highly reccommend Miriam and Polina

They’re very professional in making sure you’re prepared for the tour, especially in winter (Thank you Polina for repeatedly mentioning it was going to be quite cold, and that I should be dressed very warmly for the tour. And for giving me directions)
Mariam was the tour guide, and she has a wealth of knowledge ranging from the architectural history of buildings, the relationship between the people of Russia and the government, their pride of the underground, and even a little bit about fruits! There are lots of small stories too that are both fun and give insight into what Russian people are like, and why one shouldn’t smile when meeting strangers there. Answered all of my questions and more, so thank you very much for making this a most memorable layover

We thoroughly enjoyed our late night metro tour with Julia. The metro is so beautiful and learning some of the history made for a fascinating tour. Julia was so warm and friendly it was like touring with a friend.

Our guide was Maria. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and created a relaxed experience . She asked us our interests and shared anecdotes that we would appreciate. We saw everything we could on the stopover and Maria helped us to find some nice things to do after the tour. We had an incredible breakfast in Cafe Pushkin before too, which she suggested. We coule not have imagined a better day 😀 Looking forward to coming back and doing a good tour with We ❤️ Moscow

It was a lovely walk around the city. Mariam took us to few places we wouldn’t have wondered over to ourselves and brought places to life with some interesting stories. Except a lot of walking, so comfy shoes a must! Brilliant tour, highly recommend.

I had a 12 hour layover in Moscow and really wanted to see the city. I contacted a few companies and right away felt confident with We Heart Moscow. Polina answered my many emails quickly and gave me so much information. I needed my tour at a very unusual hour, 4am and they were able to accommodate me. My guide, Miriam was wonderful! I had to apply for a visa to be able to leave the airport and it was definitely worth it and I highly recommend We Heart Moscow!

I have a 13-hour layover in Moscow and I am so glad I've booked a layover tour with We Heart Moscow. The guide Polina has been very responsive to my email and has tailored made an 8-hour tour for me and my partner. Polina is passionate, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I saw so much more than I have expected to see. It is also very useful that she showed us pictures of the past when she's introducing the places. Highly recommend We Heart Moscow to anymore who wants to know this city more!

I joined WeHeartMoscow’s walking tour with their guide Miriam, she’s very knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions, she’s just like my friend. I am very interested in knowing more about the days of Soviet Union and Miriam could tell me the mesmerizing stories of her parents during the Soviet days. It was a nice day well spent with her and I am glad that I’ve joined WeHeartMoscow!

I had quite a lot of hours to visit Moscow but I didn't wanna plan anything so I decided to book a long layover tour with We Heart Moscow. It was awesome decision. My guide was Ilya. He was polite and full of knowledge. Will book the tour again if I have a chance to visit Moscow

I loved this tour, it is a must if you are for the first time in Moscow. The guide was funny and excellellent storyteller. Will take one more tour next time for sure!
