This is one of the top places to see in Cheboksary, so u should go there in any weather to take some pics;)

the monument stays in city center just in front of the lake. there is also many place to sit around near the lake to have coffee etc.

Impressive statue with stairs leading up to it, offering views of the surrounding area from a bit higher perspective. Can be easily reached from city centre through a pedestrian bridge.
