Don't miss the Parcul Etnografic Romulus Vuia which is the other half of this wonderful Ethnographic Museum, situated on the outskirts of town. 15 hectares of sheer delight, showing how Transylvanians used to live. This has been done by relocating traditional buildings from all over...More

I highly recommend this beautifully laid out museum of Romanian folk culture which includes wooden agricultural and home tools from across Transylvania. Most items are clearly labelled in Romanian and English, and there includes a tactile gallery and boards for blind and sight impaired visitors....More

The etnografic museum is a small museum where you get a small but good overview over traditional costumes and handcrafted goods of romania.

From the pictures seen on the internet, I was expecting something grander, but still, it's worth visiting, if you're into museums.

Everything from agricultural tools, battle weapons, traditional art, photographs, home furnishings, and my favorite... the clothing display! Helpful packet guide in English as well. I really like the "touch and learn" section.... that's not common for museums ;)
