I enjoyed my visit here. There is ample parking behind the mansion.

Inside are SM merchandises on display and are for sale. I bought 2 shirts from them.

Second floor is under construction and thus not open to visitors. I imagined how it looked when it was still occupied by former owners!

The historic site gives an ambiance of the past coupled with the development of the present. Converted into a Pasalubong (Souvenir) Shop, the place is a picturesque spot for tourist coupled with the delectable Blue Ternate Ice cream that hits the spot!

it used to be just a scary abandoned structure fronting the molo plaza along locsin st. but ever since it was bought by the richest man in this country, it was opened to the public and was transformed to a souvenir store and mini-museum inside and a café before the parking entrance.

this house dates back in the 1920s when it was first resided by the rich lopez family. it has its heydays and we hope it could be sustanied as a tourist attraction with free entrance for a very long time.

Free tour around the Mansion and where you can buy your pasalubong . Unlimeted photos you can take and also have a mini cafe at the back side of the mansion with a big tree where you can take a rest.

Probably I expected much with the beautiful and majestic structure. Upon entering, what will welcome you are the pearls from KULTURA ( which is available in any SM Kultura Store). It's a souvenir shop where you can buy Tshirts etc. but there are food stalls outside the mansion where you can eat for snacks, Halo halo was great!

It's a lovely mansion in front of Molo Cathedral. The house is beautifully restored, and it's nice to imagine what life must have been like when the house was new. But the entire main floor is now a Kultura store run by SM, so other than being a beautiful place to shop for souvenirs, there isn't much to this place. The entire second floor was closed to visitors, and from the outside, it looks like it's empty anyways. But the building itself is beautiful, and there's a small snack cafe on the grounds.

The blue ternate ice cream at the cafe is definitely worth a try. The flowers themselves don't taste like much, but the ice cream tastes mildly of coconut. It's a nice snack on a hot summer day.

If you're a fan of Kultura stop by here to shop inside the historical mansion. They do serve hot chocolate and food down stairs.

This classic mansion is located just across St. Anne parish (or Molo church to most people). This used to be the Yusay-Consing mansion until it was bought and restored by a mall conglomerate. Inside is a souvenir shop at the ground floor, cafe and snack area outside the mansion. It's usually open at 10 am. Not really sure if guests are allowed to go upstairs but it would be lovely indeed. The mansion is very photogenic, I just hope they can do more improvements in the garden.

This well maintained mansion felt like a shell of its former glory because it has been bought by the mall magnate Henry Sy and transformed into Kultura - their outlet for proudly made local products and brands. The mansion which used to be owned by the Consing family is well maintained with a lovely floral garden just across the Molo church. But when we went inside, there were no interesting exhibits inside the house, no history unveiled, nothing but shelves and tabled filled with souvenir items for tourists. We felt sad about this and wished that the Sy family kept the history and the furniture and stories of the house. They can still have the Kultura souvenir shop at the end (or perhaps 1 floor of the house) and it can still be part of the experience. The 2nd floor of the house is not available to visitors and we are hoping that they are still in the process of restoring the house to its former self. The worst thing is of course if the Sy family opts to demolish this lovely ancestral home and build one of their shoebox malls instead since the land is in a prime location...then that would really be very sad.
