This place has been a spectator of Iloilo's growth. Today, with malls and buildings being constructed near the place, one can appreciate Iloilo's lush past.

This impressive colonial house, a good example of the Philippine Bahay na Bato (not Antillan according to my mentor) is not yet open to the public. One can only take pictures from the fence.
