Where do I start? Our group was the first to arrive. 1 slide was open, when we asked when the others will open we were told to just wait. The Lazy River wasn’t moving and it was dirty. Restrooms were filthy, the music was horrendous. A few of the bigger slides finally opened for a short time after several hours of waiting. By that time I was just ready to get out of there, never to return. We visited there in February 2019 and it was ok. I saw the recent negative reviews but thought we’d give a shot anyway. Bad call, we won’t go back. The place is in a death spiral.

Where do I start...They charged the 4 of us P1000 admission fee (beware: you cannot leave the grounds without repaying the admission fee again!) then 2 hours later they came running after us to get another P400 because they said they got an email from administration that the price had gone up today!!! This is very bad business practice.
They make you sign a waiver because you have to be careful in the poorly designed park not to hurt yourself. The layout of the park is not user friendly and difficult to navigate. They inspect all your bags when you enter, like at the airport to make sure you don't bring in any food or drinks. They have signs to warn to that eating in your car is prohibited! They force you to eat their food which is mediocre at best. We wanted some pizza slices and they said "sorry not available" you have to order the whole pizza that costs P650. We decided to go on the weekend because their FB page said they were closed during the week to clean up and refresh the facilities. Well, when we got there the place was dirty and the water had a fowl odour and lots of debris and dirt floating in it. We left the waterpark after only 1.5 hours (P1400) as the place was a total disappointment and the quality of the water and food left to be desired... We do NOT recommend going there, your money is better spent simply going to the beach, or in Campuestohan highland resort in Bacolod.

UNREASONABLE PRICE since aside from Room rate per night you'll have to pay for the entrance of the resort per day. DIRTY POOLS AND SHOWERS. Most of the ROOMS are separated from the Hotel AND Resort. Some ROOMS does not have table and chairs. TOILETRIES Incomplete. BEDSHEETS and BATH TOWELS are not clean. BATHMATS are upon request yet, though the rooms' floor are Slippery. FLUSHES are mostly not functioning well. ILL-MANNERED STAFF since most of them are inconsiderate, poor customer service and lack of training for a proper hotel etiquette. Like once when we ordered a food @ their restaurant, they knocked our door for 6x with an Interval of 2 which shouldn't be. It was there I realized that EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE SEEN IN THEIR FACEBOOK PAGES AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PHOTOS were all Mere Front Covers to entice people.. The FACT, we end up having a NIGHTMARE here!!

SO if only out of Curiosity, I DISCOURAGE everyone to pursue your plan for coming over in this Resort Hotel. IT IS NOT THE PLACE THAT YOU'D YOU'RE DREAMING OF!! NOT WORTHY OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!

They first opened with a very high entry price, but now run a permanent (?) half price entry fee. The food is not very good, and they do not allow outside food or drinks. My main complaint was that at the end of the day they came and said everyone using tables (about 6 groups) all had to pay an extra p300. No one said anything about the tables costing extra, and it felt scammy they way it was handled. I would expect to pay for a cabana, but for a table? Maybe post signs? The water park itself was pretty nice, if not particularly clean... but it is the only water park we have. We only went once, and I am unsure if we are going back.

Pros:
1. Beside a hotel
2. Within the city
3. Variety of water activities

Cons:
1. Expensive food - They don't allow any food, even snacks & water. You have to buy everything inside which is overpriced. A 330ml water costs 30.00 which normally sells for 10.00-15.00 only.
2. Rude cashier staffs - The way they talked to their customers, it seems like they're irritated & you cannot only see it on their faces but also the way they talk & their tone.
3. DIRTY BATHROOMS - We used the bathrooms beside the lockers. To my surprise, the shower room did not have any partitions & doors so you have to clean yourself & have a shower with your swimsuit on. Also, the drains were clogged so you're submerged in other people's dirty bath water. I had enough & went put as fast as I can when I overheard one woman told her companion that she just peed while taking a shower. SOOOO DISGUSTING!!!!
4. The changing cubicles are not so dirty but it was useless. They only provided cloth curtains as doors which is somewhat see through & there was even a little kid who opened the curtain while somebody else was still changing. It was a free peep show.

We are 3 British girls who went for a day to Iloilo waterworld. Enterance was PHP 350 plus 40 for a locker (very spacious, 1 locker served 3 of us well).
There were a variety of rides inside and outside and a kids area, plus a pool you could swim in.
Lots of restaurants on site. We just had pizza and pasta and it was nice.

Main comment would be the place was very unclean. There was a sanitary towel floating in the lazy river!! Also the toilets were not particularly pleasant.

I enjoyed my day and was glad we went, but would not be back in a hurry.

The water park is a really fun way to spend a morning or afternoon (probably a whole day if you're visiting with children). However, the water is visibility dirty in some places and the ground around the pools isn't clean either. As long as you can get past this then you'll have a great day out!

The staff were all great, very friendly and helpful!

Food service is slow, CRs are not clean, shower rooms are small and no privacy because it's open, water is dirty and you'll be itching all over after swimming, dead lizards floating. Coupons are confusing because it's not clear with the freebies they offered. No disclosure at all.
Staff should ask first the customer w/c table they like and don't just hand-in the table numbers at the front desk.
Felt bad for the crews because they are afraid to bring up the complaints to the higher ups.
It's a good start for Iloilo City because it's a FIRST but the management should need to listen to employees' concerns and should handle the customer's complaints (not the crews).

Weekends is always family day plus the fun in waterworld...

Good water activities, surely all the family member will enjoy... slides, pool and lazy river...

Good amenities, the price not so bad at all... good food also... if your planning for a family indoor water activity and near to the city, its the place to be especially for children, teens and young at heart...

Its my advice to go there as early as possible to avoid the massive queue and maximize your ticket price.. lol..

Indeed a day full of enjoyment :)

Indoor and outdoor rides are superb. Kidz little ones and millenial parents like me will enjoy the splash. No bringing of food and drinks. No problem with that, ang problema hindi masarap ang food!!! Yung liempo, lasang mapanghi, hindi nakain ng kidz. Yung chicken inihaw dry mukang matagal ng naluto at hindi tender. Hindi maganda quality ng meat. I ordered Halo2 yung ibanh ingridients maasim, sumakit tyan ko for a while. Yung food choices layo, layo. Ibang station ang regular cooked meals. If you want mga inihaw ibang counter sa next station. If u want pizza and burger nasa kabilang ibayo. Sana pinag isa nalang. Pinagbawal nyo nga mag pasok mg food. Pinahirapan nyo naman ang kakain. Please note na sa isng family, iba iba ang choices. I pay for a Aqua Suites Room for 2k walang CR. Yung common CR walang bidet. Wala din faucet sa loob ng toilet. Yung shower walang lalagyanan ng sabon at shampo. Bahala kana jan. P350 entrance fee is justifiable with the investment in the facilities. Needs lang iimprove ang qulairy ng staff, food and services.
