St. Clements Church is located in Lapaz, Iloilo City. The church has a wide lawn and there's no problem for a parking space. It has beautiful gardens with big flowering trees. The place is cool because of the many plants and trees. So many people attend the mass at St. Clements. You can feel the heavenly ambience especially during the singing of the choir.

The first mass in Asia dedicated to our Lady of Perpetual Help was held in this church . In fact there is a commemoration marker displayed indicating its significance. Not much of an architectural marvel , but solemnity inside can be felt .

This was the last church I visited during my Day Trip. A wedding was getting ready to start during my visit so I quickly said my prayers, took some pictures and left.

The church is modern compared to the other churches that. I had visited earlier. Nothing memorable here!

Very near to my work. Mass is not so elaborate - homilies are straight to the point. The whole Mass concludes in less than 45 minutes!

I attended a wedding that was from 2pm and ended at 4pm. there are electric fans all over.to help ventilate the interiors. good sound system. parking is adequate. its not a massive church, and its interior is not grand. Instead of saying its an average church, a more apt description is that this church is more down to earth.

This was my first mass in Iloilo after more than 4 decades! And my first visit to St. Clement's Church on 5/28/17.

It was an evening mass. Church was spacious; it was nearly full. Most of the faithful went about the mass as solemn as possible.

Place of pilgrimage beside small lush garden with some very old trees. A beautiful place to reflect and wander. Very close to the markets and old downtown.

This church is quite modern, as the structure itself easily demonstrates. It was built only in the 1930's, but since then devotees of Our Mother of Perpetual Held have been flocking to the place since the very first novena to the famous icon was started in this same church in 1946.

Tourists may not find anything particularly interesting about this church since its structure is very simple and it has a rather recent history. At any rate, it's a good place to visit if you're a devotee of Our Mother of Perpetual Help and you're looking for a quite place for prayer and meditation.

The church is located in the busy area of La Paz in Iloilo City, not far from the market place where the famous La Paz "batchoy" -- a local delicacy -- was first served.
