As of this moment I am sad because this beautiful façade is not very crowded like before . People use to jog , dance zumba and play in the said facility but not now. We were given the chance to stay at Seda which is an overlooking place from Capitol Lagoon, I wish to jog again and dance to Zumba while kids can play in the clean playground and some family can have their picnic when it is free to do so . Hpping for a better one .

It's very easy to accede by public transport, jeepney , ride within the distance of 4 kms with 7-8 PHP. The building has lagoon park with shady green tree and chairs to sit relaing. There are square for extreme sports like , rollerboard, rollerskates and children playground.

This building appears to be the “center of the universe” in the area due to its elevated location.

It faces a lagoon and a park where there are several stairs, a memorial, and a signage.

Two other attractions are located near it.

It was night so I didn't enter the closed capitol building. But the park outside was amazing! The Philippines is not known for particularly beautiful public parks, but this one is an exception. I consider this park to be the most beautiful in the country, with a man-made lake and fantastic landscaping. There is also a welcomed lack of commercial activity on the grounds so you don't have hawkers everywhere or trash that comes from it.

I can only suggest the province offer water bicycles for people to rent for the lake.

This place is just next to the lagoon park in bacolod. I didn't get in but I see it many times while passing though this place. And it looks amazing from the front. Should go and check out what's in there.

beautiful architecture both inside and out. the exteriors, especially, make great location for a photo shoot especially if you are a big group. you can all pose on the concrete stairs outside, with the beautiful building in the background.

The building should be open to weekend tourists. It speaks of much history but no one to talk to on a Saturday. I am sure the interiors are something, too.
