The butterflies were beautiful and colourful. The receptionist was so helpful. Lots of butterflies compare to the butterfly garden at Puerto Princesa.

There's a few butterflies and not a lot of species.. Butterfly sanctuaries are supposed to make you happy, i felt sad here.

went there a few years ago and enjoyed it. the butterfly sanctuary doesn't just house butterflies but other insects, too, flying and crawling. a trip there would be educational and fun for kids and adults alike.

nice place to go with your kids or family, just down forget that it is really busy on weekends of local people..so if you wil have quiet day..go on working days.

This is a very small netted garden with just a few species of butterflies, but the place is quite nice. They show you a quick video before you enter the garden, and they have a small souvenir shop as you exit. Nice for a few minutes of rest during a visit to Mambukal Resort.

The available butterfly species to see are limited but it was interesting to see the butterflies feeding on fruit slices and artificial 'nectar concoction'. There was no keeper to interpret so it was pretty much a 'see and google it for more information' experience. There are preserved bugs and butterflies collection. We were already in Mambukal so we just thought... More

Very nice collection of butterflies. I like the fact that when you walk in, different kinds of butterflies (with the caterpillars and pupas) are separated in different cages. Unfortunately, there is no guided tour so you will have to appreciate the butterflies yourself.

Went here last year, and there were hardly any butterflies flying around. There were tons of dead ones in frames though. I think my nieces were taken aback by them.

The first time we went into Mambukal was indeed a memorable experience. Me and my friends really enjoyed it a lot though we haven't reached the 7th falls. It's quite a long walk but it was a very interesting journey at all.
