Fuente Osmena is a Road circle surrounded by malls and stores. Recommend to visit Robinson Mall. Exchange rate of US dollar there is the best.

Just another roundabout with massive amount of chaotic Cebu city traffic swirling counter-clockwise around and around... nothing special... definitely worth missing. Best visited at 3am.

Fuente Osmeña dispersed commuters to and from Mango Avenue, Jones Avenue, Rodriguez St and going to Capitol. It is located near to hospitals, hotels, department stores and restaurants.
