Nothing special

Just a few animals inside with a poor facility for tourist. I don't like the python in the entrance, too scary! Had fun with the crocodile that behave like a pig.

Was shocked at how few animals there were and the conditions were terrible that they live in. Staff was very friendly though

We started our car in morning and about 30min drive from center of cebu city. Entry feed was about 20 pesos for abult and 15 pesos from kids. So it was cheap.

The condition of the animals in the zoo is pitiful and terrible. The poor animals are living in old, rusty, unkempt cages and they look sick, thirsty, and hungry. Some of the zoo keepers just keep staring at the girls in shorts and they keep talking about the snake in an ambiguous manner. Using double language in front of kids.... More

We went there because we want our two year old to see real and live animals. We called first to check if they're open on weekends and the lady who answered the phone, who was very accommodating, added that the property is being repaired or whatever but they're still open. There's minimal fee, about 50 pesos, per person except for... More

This place needs major funding from either donations, funds from the government or advertise more to drive in more crowds. Majority of the animals are in these small wired cages with barely any food or water. The big croc looks like it's near death; apparently, they only give him water at night because a lot of the people want to... More

We were almost in tears looking at some of the creatures in the zoo. Animals in tiny cages with wire netting floors or just mud, little if any water or proper food, animals kept in appalling conditions.

if you have seen some zoo's in the US, don't bother, starving looking animals in an old small park settings, not worth a special visit. MeuterMedia

there's only a few animals here but what catches my attention the most is bogart the tiger he has wounds on his feet, looks malnourished and the cage is too small for him to run around knowing how many hectares the cebu zoo is, sure they can provide a much bigger are for him to run around the caretaker said... It is not much of a zoo, but the enthousiasme of the zookeepers that showed me around, telling stories about the animals made it worth it. There are lots of crocodiles, a few monkeys and some birds of prey which you can hold. And you can wrap yourself in a snake if you like and take pictures. For the rest:... More
