Every single time we visit Cebu we always seem to end up in this spot. If you’re lucky you can have a very nice view of pretty much the whole city of Cebu and in the distance Mactan island (with good weather you can see the planes take off and land on the international airport). In the evening its magical to see all the lights and inthe daytime its nice to find your hotel (if you’re staying in one of the big towering kind).
There’s a restaurant just outside the entrance. We weren’t very impressed with the quality of the main dishes but the egg rolls were very nice.

This place reminded me of Twin Peakes in San Francisco or the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. Panoramic views for 100 miles or more. I was disappointed that they charged to enter the park when it appeared to be free according to most places. I went in the day time when it was dead and do not regret it. Apparently it is mobbed at night and there is no parking available then, or at least it is insufficient.

A wide view of the city esp. at night. The night view of this place is just amazing.

It is also amazing to see people gathering, do bbq along with the sunset and night view. The wind is quite strong there in an enjoyable way.

The Entrance fee is 100 PHP per person and the visit is much more worth the amount.

We arrived here around 11:00 am on a Tuesday morning. Entrance fee is 50 pesos per person. I was the only visitor at this time. All the small restaurants around the Lookout were all closed.

Due to its elevated location, the cities below can be seen from the distance. Took several pictures here before leaving for my next attractions.

The view was amazing. It’s still on soft launch so, a lot of construction are still goin on but it doesn’t hinder your experience there. During our time at the location, the place was clean & cold because of the wind & high elevation so don’t forget to bring your jacket. It started raining after a few hours & the place started fogging. The sight was breathtaking. The fare was only ₱200 ($4-5), fare package already includes the entrance and the rice back (50 going to Tops & 50 going back, 100 for entrance). Bus is located a the IT Park Lahug Bus Terminal. The food however are expensive & there are only just a few stalls available since the place just recently opened. Expect more stalls on later months after construction completes. I just hope that the fare won’t change on later dates.

The view is indeed breath taking, has the view of the city of Cebu. A coffee shop" Le Vie " was a good stop over on this tops road overlooks also of the city! This coffee shop appears like a french shop, with "french like" pastries, etc. The tops road is a long drive to the top, well worth it, it has excellent views.

Amazing view of the city lights at night. Place is mostly tidy but some visitors are not responsible with their trash. Nevertheless, the air is good and the view is much better when shared with good company

The drive itself going to the location is enjoyable but watch out for bikers. There are so many curves and steep climb that it is advisable to be wary at all times.
For those people that love to have a beer with a view, this is the place to be. But you need to go a little bit later in the afternoon as the shops and bars there are still closed during the morning.

Take your lover with you there, hold hands and just sit in silence, while you feel the cold breeze of the mountains. Listen to the chirping crickets and stare at the stars above. You could bring a blanket or a mat so you could lie down while doing all of these. Or bring a tent and stay there overnight!

Or you could just sit on the benches, that allows you to have a better view of the city from the Top.

"TOP" also serves coffee and snacks for visitors.

Entrance fee is only P100/person, but if you go there in groups ask them for a VIP card. Your next visit's entrance fee will only be half the price.

Best time of the day to get there: ANYTIME as long as the sky is clear!
Night time is more romantic, daytime is more scenic.

Transportation: by cab or car
It's a little expensive to get there. Most taxi drivers will ask P700-P1000 for a back and forth trip. It's like a "pakyaw" / deal. The cab will wait for you for about 3-4hours. But that depends on how good you are in closing the deal with witty drivers too!

Enjoy!
