You get a good view of the city from the Tops lookout which is overlooking Cebu City. The view is better at night because you see the city lights. However, the P100 entrance fee is quite high compared to the entrance fees of other tourist destinations.

A lovely place to visit in Cebu, with panoramic views over the city. There is a semi circular, very large, look-out area, and behind you can buy drinks, food and trinkets. I really wish we were able to come for sunset. Definitely worth a visit when in Cebu.

After a ride on the mountain you reach this spot which provide a view of the city from one side. Its much nicer at sunset. Stay until night to see the lighs of the city. There is a small restuarant that offer delicious barbecue

Tops is a must-visit place here in Cebu. Winds and weather is always cool and refreshing. If you need a transportation. they offer a shuttle van that goes there for only P300. You can search them - gototops in facebook.

The sunset view from the mountain top is absolutely spectacular and a must for anyone visiting Cebu! Locate one of the peak restaurants, grab a drink and enjoy amazing food whilst you watch the sun set over Cebu and the city's lights go on. Just be mindful the journey home can be fraught with horrible traffic jams, so be prepared.... More

Tops can be one of the last places on your list. Great view of the City. Lovers Hill so if you are by yourself be prepared to see lots of couples old and young. I went early just before the crowds but I do stop at Tops each time I am in Cebu.

Tops Lookout is a 610 meter high hilltop in the Nivel Hills, overlooking Cebu City, Mactan Island and other surrounding islands. On a clear day the views are truly panoramic. There are a few small stalls on the top selling snacks, soft drinks and beers. The only way to really get here is by taxi or car and the round... More
