An incredible view of the city! Just watch out for the very narrow 1-lane road. Traffic in Cebu is horrendous and going up to the mountains can be treacherous especially in the dark. Lots of greeneries, flower gardens and great local people :-)

Great spot to go to see the whole city of Cebu, during the day or night you'll have a excellent time here. Best way to get to this spot is to hop on a back of a scooter driven by a local and let the sites amaze you. Thank you tops for a memory that will Last a life time.

Make sure you visit this place. Make a deal with a taxi driver to get you up there (we only paid 900 pesos back and forth and waiting time) It is worth it. You have to pay 100 pesos entrance fee to get to the terrace and there Cebu City is at your feet. Food and drinks are available there.... More

The best place to enjoy some views from Cebu city and the islands in front of it. There are a bunch of small shops for drinks with a wide variety of drinks and snacks. Best to go on a sunny day. There weren't too many clouds when I was there this morning. You can negotiate a taxi fare of 7-800... More

Price is a bit steeper than other litson places - but the meat is of good quality and packed with umami flavour. They also sell these at the airport, and great for pasalubong.

I've been here for several times already and until now, it never miss making me amazed. There is just a magic staring through the tiny building and landscape. Its like you are seeing it in a very small scale. The only thing that bothers me is the entrance fee which is P100.00. I think its quite expensive since all you... More

After our training, we went here to have a dinner. Cool Breeze and nice top of the mountain view. The best place to relax, picnic or meeting.

Wonderful panoramic views of the city with areas that offer families the option of having a picnic. Nice place to relax with the family and enjoy the day. It was nice because you had a chance to picnic somewhere other than a park.

Bring your jacket or something to cover your body when you come by night because it's cold and sometimes, it's windy. The best place to see the City of Cebu and the neighbouring cities by night.

Although getting there might be a bit of a challenge, nothing beats just hanging out and quite literally "chilling" up there along the mountains feeling the brush of the cool breeze on your skin and taking in the massive and beautiful view that is Cebu City down below.
