The park is located right in front of the imposing Capitol Building in Tarlac City. The park hosts a number of activities designed for all.

Situated in the middle of the road which is where we parked. There was a butterfly flying around our car. It is somewhat maintained but not as good as the one in the picture.

walking by this park, seating and looking at people doing their own thing. air flew by and busy cars and PUJ on the streets. kind a help you relieving stress.

You wound not really know it was it. when you see the Tarlac Capitol below the establishment. The first thing you will see is, joggers and students. thats all, just a good place for jogging
