We have 4 Days Philippine Red Cross Training in Tarlac City just beside the Capitol of Tarlac. Before our training starts, we need to exercise first in this park which is a good way to be fit. Its my first time being here and I can compare the place to Singapore due to clean surroundings maintained by Tarlac Capitol Team, lots of trees and warmth atmosphere of citizens around.…

Situated in the middle of the road which is where we parked. There was a butterfly flying around our car. It is somewhat maintained but not as good as the one in the picture.

This park is located just below Tarlac Capitol building. Not so big, but it is a nice park. Good for morning or evening walk. It is just beside the hospital drive. If you cross the road, you can get a good cyber cafe (I often visit here) and a nice bakery (locally called pandesal). You can also get the great Makabulos statue on corner of the park. Overall, this is a nice place, to spend some time early morning and evening.…
