The restaurant itself is open air, with isolated floating gazebos, surrounded by water filled with koi! Anyone that likes taking pictures of their dining experience will not be disappointed, as there are literally hundreds of different picture opportunities at this establishment. We had the fried tilapia, marinated spare ribs, pork adobo, pinakbet, marinated chicken, and fresh lumpia. All dishes were good, but I think the star was the marinated spare ribs. Luckily, the weather was mild. I can’t imagine enjoying myself if the temps were any higher. But we had a good experience here and would come again!

Me and my friends went to ISDAAN to eat our late lunch since we came from LA UNION we decided to drop by here cause this was my first time. The food was good and the servers were very accommodating. But the place needs a make over. They need to removed all the unwanted decorations and improve more. I heard so many bad reviews here but as per my experience i can recommend the food and ambiance.

Always an excellent dining experience with friends here. Large portions of well prepared pork and seafood dishes available combined with good service. Interesting "floating" atmosphere with bamboo flooring over the water below and walkways connecting the dining areas allowing water views. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

My family and I have been an avid customer of this very nice restaurant. Almost every time we head north, like Baguio or Pangasinan we make sure that we have our Lunch there. The very nice prepared environment really attracts people to go and try it out. We had fun memories here with friends and Family. But when we went there yesterday (Saturday, September 11th 2010) we had a different experience. A restaurant crew wearing a white shirt approached us to have our orders taken. I even asked him to repeat our order so that it will be clear. After like 30-45 mins of waiting.. our food was served. It took so long but its worth our wait. We started eating even though the food we ordered was not complete yet (We were hungry due to our long trip from baguio). We asked for few soydishes and a spoon. Were almost dome eating the food that was served knowing that the Dish that we ordered was still in the process of cooking. But I noticed that almost an hour had passed, everything had been consumed that the food that were waiting for was not served yet, even the spoon and the soydish didnt came. We called the waiter to follow it up. Then, the waiter in Yellow shirt said that the Dish that we ordered was not available. AFTER ABOUT 2 HOURS OF WAITING?? We went there mainly because my brother wanted and was craving for that certain dish. They could've told us earlier that the dish wasn't available so we can look for something else and not expect. Later on we learned that those staff in white shirt are not supposed to take orders.. they are there to help on other things such as, ushering the guests to their seats and just help the main waiters to serve and buss out food. They also charged us the Dish that was not served and was "OUT OF STOCK" good thing that i was able to check the bill before paying. Our good memories of this restaurant faded due to this incident. It wasn't like this before. I hope the management will do something about it. Set limitations to new crew and make sure that they attend to customers (and hopefully .. to not forget customers requested items). IMPROVE. so that the Beautiful Image of the restaurant wouldn't be messed up because of these incidents. GOOD RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE DOES NOT ONLY MEAN THE FOOD IS GOOD BUT ALSO SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT. :|

It's a floating restaurant at Gerona, Tarlac, that has become one of the rising attractions of Tarlac, not to mention another one, the Reliquary of the True Cross, located at Lubigan, San Jose, Tarlac, which is visited by more than 400 tourists a month. Isdaan is a unique restaurant serving various delicacies - and they have a wall where guests break a glass or a plate and scream "TAKSIAPO" at the top of their lungs! Impressive display of camaraderie among strangers all out to enjoy a new place and an experience in their lives!

My family went here several times already mostly during birthday celebrations or other special occasions. The place is massive and they serve good food mostly authentic filipino dishes. They even have groups that are singing while you are having your meal but of course you need to give I think 50pesos more or less per song that they sang for you.

First of all, this is a cash only restaurant which you will only come to know after you get seated and menu card is handed over. On the menu card its mentioned that they only accept cash, which i think is a no no since mostly of customers are tourists. We ordered the group meal good for 15pax for more or less Pesos 12,300. It took more than 30 minutes for the order to be serve. Although servings are big, but presentations and taste of the food, nothing special.

Atmosphere and setting is great. A good place to have a fun time taking pictures. Food is average but be careful about leaving anything valuable in your vehicle. Many thefts and no cctv so either leave a driver with your vehicle or plan on losing anything valuable

an oasis resto in the long stretch of national hiway in gerona tarlac, isdaan village is a breather for famished travelers. it has spacious parking space, several eye-catching lifesize celebrity and animé figures, cultural show and a takshapu section where one can throw ceramic plates out of anger, depression, exasperation or desperation.
the food is great when eaten right after being served fresh from
the grill or stove. and while waiting for your meals, try to capture some pictures with their man-made attractions within the premises.
