Boring mall, imported products are very limited.Staff are very slow packing up groceries. Building looks like a warehouse.

went to this mall looking for items be used for the bar am working at in San Juan. To my surprised this mall is well loaded with items you may need. The parking is ample, the guards guide you well and the palce is safe. The good finds I had here are a stall selling real vigan empanada, and good sukang iloko (vinegar) which is amazingly inexpensive for the quality (yes I went home with ten liters to be brought back to manila as pasalubong to friends). I also found the glasses we ned in its second floor houseware department. Simple mall, good coverage of locators and good service. (The supermarket though can have a good crowd on weekends, so come early)

Shops Surrounding a Central Space

The mall is over 10 years old and the building feels almost like a modified warehouse. Although the ambiance feels provincial, the shops are decent with middle income to quality name brand shops. There are 3 CSI anchor stores. CSI supermarket on the ground level which has a good assortment of food products and stationary items. CSI department store selling clothing and footwear. CSI appliances selling major name brand appliances and household furnishings. Each CSI store occupies a large retail space. There are several fast-food name brand establishments. The entire indoor mall is air conditioned. There's ample parking and trike drop-off/pickup passenger area. In front along the main road is a jeepney stop.

Although the mall may need "physical improvement," the mall management trys to reinvent itself to attract customers. Fortunately CSI has a fairly large ground level open space centralized in the complex. This space has a changing variety of attractions such as car displays, entertainment or special retail booths/displays selling a variety of items. The wise use of the central space is a highlight to the mall. In all it's still the best indoor mall in San Fernando eventhough the overall building is provincial and there's more commercial competition growing in the city.

My go to place when in San Fernando, La Union. You can do groceries, buying appliances, eating out, etc. when you are here. Kids can play at the arcade too.
