What used to be a great spot to see historical items pre Spanish and pre war has been closed for 3 years now - don't waste your time making teh trip , you can;t get in.

I walked up to the museum only to be told by the guard that it is closed for renovations. He gave me no time frame. I moved on to St. Peter and Paul's church around the corner.
