We are so pleased of the new development within this park behind our condo. Tsuruki-en, as what it's called, is a small, serene pocket at the south end of the park. There's a line of bamboo leading to the main area where seats are provided fronting a Zen-themed dry garden complete with sculptures, water feature and bonsai. We find this... More

It is in between Legazpi Active Park and Legazpi Sunday Market. A tranquilising green park with big trees, nice landscape and a japanese garden, Tsuruki En. Great place to relax and soothing mood. I enjoy the green fresh air too! ^^

Perfect for just sitting or quiet meditation. Lots of greenery, and beautiful places to sit -- right in the heart of Makati.

Fenced by a green wall, Washington SyCip Park sits in the middle of Legaspi Village in Makati, a welcome spot of green in a jungle of steel, concrete and glass where one can have a moment of silence and aloneness. There are huge trees, a pond that teems with koi, and artwork by a local artist. And soon, in a... More

Lovely little park with a large fishpond well stocked with exotic fish and piped music. Washington SyCip park is a delightful venue to relax and unwind in the middle of turmoil.

In a city that is so chaotic and toxic, any green patch becomes a highlight and a possible tourist destination. There is no real reason for this place to be on TripAdvisor as a place to visit. It is just a walkthrough from one street to another and you can do it multiple times if you are walking around in... More

We chanced upon this park while walking to Greenbelt. Glad that we saw this place. The park is well maintained, with pipe in music, and benches scattered all over. It's also a wonderful lesson in Botany, as different trees are labeled. It's so peaceful and calm inside, perfect for a quick lunch, or even a leisurely walk, weather permitting. Glad... More
