Not to crowded prices are reasonable and you can barter. Don't get taken in by the bright lights inspect food in the day light. Most items available here.

This is one of the places I go when in Baguio, especially when I'm looking for fruits, veggies or jams. Aside from it's cheaper it seems to be fresh, too, since the products are sold and replaced almost immediately.

Probably one of the cleanest public market in the Philippines. Plus, it’s a one stop shop... they have everything, from fruits/vegetables, to every souvenir Baguio City has to offer. But, just like every other city in the Philippines, beware of pick pockets.

Lots of produce one can't find fresh in the country. All at great prices too. These include watercress, blueberries and gooseberries, rhubarb, sayote tops, Cordillera rice varieties, coffee, Sagada oranges, etc.
