As we were in a rain forest there was mud everywhere. Boots were supplied, which was great as you will need them. Climbed the canopy tower to see the top of the jungle as well as the bottom!!

Lovely scenes. Plenty of fauna and flora. Muddy walk made our exploration a bit difficult. Good guide - knowledgable in all aspects of the jungle and good English

My favorite jungle hikes were at night. We all had flash light so we were able to see a lot of creatures like giant tarantulas, and baby ones too, giant snails, huge unidentifiable insects with and without wings. The freaks come out at night. Wear...More

Glad we visited, but learned we're not jungle people. Inescapable heat and humidity, buzzing insects, and claustrophobic jungle plants. It wasn't for us. If you're intrigued by unique flora (e.g. the walking tree which moves horizontally up to 20 centimeters per year) and occasional fauna...More

We hiked from Rio Madre de Dios to Lago Sandoval along a track that was reasonably muddy in parts. We were fitted with "gumboots" before the walk and had a great time. We saw only a small number of birds and small lizards as there...More

Better late than never, I guess, but here's my review. I went on the tour in November 2013. I decided to sign up because, well, a 8 day trip to the rainforest and to the reserve zone is something most people don't get to do....More

Get to see a whole variety of flora and fauna. Huge trees, medicinal plants, monkeys, caiman, many birds etc. Can be very muddy outside of the dry season.

Everything was excellent, but could have done with more clothes. Was advised to just take back pack but some arrived with suitcases

if you are talking about our stay at the all inclusive lodge, we were there for 3 nites and I do NOT remember the cost. It was part of a 2 wks. trip to Peru that Kuoda put together for us.
