Rich picked us up from our hotel and gave us a wonderful history of the Boquete region. Our guide for the tour was Gary, who, as it turns out, grew up in the same city as my husband! Gary was very knowledgeable. There are a lot of coffee tours to choose from in Boquete and I am glad we chose... More

This coffee tour was a great way to spend a few hours in Boquete. The region is, of course, known for its coffee, and this tour let us see how it is made and then taste it. My favorite part was actually getting to roast the beans myself and getting to take a bag of it home with me. The... More

Rich picked us up at our hotel, and taught us more about coffee and the coffee industry in 4 hours than we ever could have imagined. The experience was more like hanging out with a friend than taking a formal tour. We tried different roasts, got to roast our own beans (and take home two bags full), and even had... More

Amy was our guide and did a superb job! I will never look at coffee the same. Even my non-coffee drinking boyfriend enjoyed himself. The medium roast coffee was my fave and one of the best I have ever tried. Book your tour...you won't regret it.

This tour exceeded any expectation my husband and I may have had! Our guide was Amy, a Panamanian with excellent English! We learned about how Coffe is grown, the time it requires, the logistics of production and distribution. I felt we were educated with a " global view" of coffee growing. We will be much better informed coffee consumers for... More

The owner of our hotel recommended this tour and I'm so glad she did. Our guide, Amy, was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of interesting information. We learned all about coffee farming, processing, roasting and tasting. The farm is beautiful with many flowers, fruit trees and beautiful views. I know there are many coffee tours around Boquete, but I... More

This was an excellent coffee tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and well spoken about coffee and the mission of this farm. The farm, owned by an expat, is trying to change the community through providing good jobs and donating food to the community schools all while making high end nearly organic coffee. This was not my favorite cup... More

It seems the other reviewers have already said everything we thought about this tour. It's fantastic. A great way to understand the coffee industry from the perspective of a small, quality producer. Richard was gracious, knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. He (and his two lovely collies) kept our 9, 10 and 12 year old kids interested and engaged the whole time.... More
