We did not stay at the hotel so we had to call, and I did get through when calling from in Oman. What the hotel said to do was to arrive at the hotel for 7pm, pay your entry to join a tour group, and then we all had to wait... More

I believe it is possible to see turtles all year, but the best month is August when there can be 100 per night! We were there in April and saw 2 at night, and 1 in the early morning. Best to contact the centre to check.
