About
Musandam Tourism LLC is a holiday maker operating in Khasab Oman since 2016 who exclusively operating the tours of Musandam Khasab and Dibba. The Musandam Governorate is a mountainous Omani peninsula projecting into the Strait of Hormuz, separated from the rest of the country by the United Arab Emirates. Khasab is the capital city of Musandam and its popular for Fjords, Dolphin and Coral Reef. Around 35000 inhabitants of this area are mostly fishermen, and depend on this business to live their peaceful life in this calm area of the world. The sea here is famous for its rich treasure of seafood and fish, and also for its beautiful crystal clear water, that provides an ideal place for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The highest mountain range the Arabian Peninsula Hajar Mountains is spreaded across the Musandam region, occupying parts of the east of the United Arab Emirates, as well as the north east of Oman.

It was good experience, from the point they pick up till they drop us back, the people were really accommodating. When we reached Oman, they tour leader told us the itinerary, what we going to do and encouraged us what to enjoy. Glad we went on weekdays, it was not crowded. The food was delicious, and refreshments (juice, water, coffee and tea) available all the time. Highly recommended.

Great experience from begining to end! The bus driver to bring us to Oman was safe, he took care of the visa in Oman, we just had to seat and enjoy the road trip. Once arrived in Khasab, we were around 30people on a 2 level dow, traditional boat. They were around 6 staff on the boat, all very polite and smiley and made this experience amazing. We did snorkeling, speed boat, banana boat, we swam, had a good lunch.

We had the most remarkable tour with Musandham Travels. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our crew truly cared about us, both the kids and adults and did their best to make this trip memorable. This definitely has become the most eye-opening, adventurous, and stunning journey - something to remember, draw upon, and cherish for many years to come. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: from swimming to meals offered on board to experiences on the shore, and the Banana ride activity offered new experiences. We definitely will be back!

The trip was spectacular, everything was on time, be it their pickup and serving all the food items and to the drop off. Everything was just smooth, even regarding documentation and the payments. They handled a group of 90 so smoothly. And being a part of it , it was an unforgettable journey. The services was amazing.

Great tour. Staff was very humble & helpful. Enjoyed swimming, banana boat ride, speed boat & other activities. Staff keep on checking comfort of every guest & providing food & beverage time to time. Everything was really good. Me & my husband Enjoyed alot. Will go again in winters. Thank you for such a fantastic trip. More than expected in such fees. Value for money & great experience.

We wentvto mussandam cruise one day trip.It was well organised trip .They provided everything promised from good food to all types of rides,Banana boat ,speed oat and snorkelling.The host were kind and patient .

Good activities in the ocean , good for families, couples and friends group. Neat and clean dhow cruise.
I would like to thank entire team for making our day memorable.
We really enjoyed the hospitality there from border to the dhow, rides, swimming, etc.

My first impression is that Musandam is a place where the mountains meet the sea (in this case, the Gulf of Oman). We were then transferred to an Omani Dhow or a traditional Omani cruise boat. These kind of boats are very popular in this side of the world. They have been used to sail into the fjords and have been the perfect mode of transportation for a relaxing trip into the Musandam Peninsula.
As we begin our dhow cruise, I couldn’t help but be in awe of the picturesque landscape and seascape of Musandam: from the lovely fiords (a long, narrow inlet with steep sides or cliffs), to the stunning contour of the Hajar Mountains, and the emerald to azure waters of the Arabian Sea. These sights of blues and browns are a total opposite of Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s steel and glass vista. No wonder this has become a famed getaway destination for tourists. The dhow experience itself is very relaxing as the cool sea breeze waff through my face.
After an hour or so, our dhow stopped in the middle of the cerulean waters of Musandam. We were then told to get out of the boat and explore the waters. My friends and I decided to go swimming, snorkeling and later on tried the banana boat.
After we did these water activities, we were treated to a sumptuous lunch. Later on in the afternoon, we got to try boat fishing.
The dhow cruise experience ended with a sunset view of the ‘Norway of Arabia’. True enough, Musandam is a remarkable blend of seaside fun and quaint mountain views. This is a perfect weekend getaway with friends from Dubai!

Hello. Approximately what time does the tour return to Dubai? We have a flight out at 1:30 am the day we would like to take the tour.
Hi, it's a full-day trip. In the morning around 07.00 am we will leave from Dubai to Oman and back around 08.00 to 08.30 pm in the evening( depends on traffic)

Please dress conservatively around Bedouin villages and the harbor. Casual dress which must cover solder and knees. You have to keep swimming suites, there is changing rooms on board.

Hi, is it cheaper to book this tour in advance from the UK and pay in sterling or will we get a better deal booking whilst on holiday. Myself, husband and two daughters who are 9 and 10 will be travelling. We arrive in Dubai on Saturday 30th June and will be staying for 8 days.

Hi,
You have to pay at least half on avance. And pay the other part the day you make the trip (to the driver).
But it's possible and easier to pay the totallity in advance with sterling so you don't loose money in exchange.

We traveled during February, so I'm not sure about summer. The boat is covered and the water remains warm. There was plenty of food and towels which we didn't know ahead of time.

Hi,
I've done it indeed. They ask for half payment via bank transfer if my memory is good. It was ok for us, no problem at all. The rest was given in cash to the driver. Hope it can help you.
