Beautiful area which I visited while on a Carnival cruise. Isle De Pines is one of the most beautiful islands in New Caledonia!

Our hotel recommended to go to the pool, we had our little 12 months old in the carrier. It is such a lovely walk. 20 mins walking across the three and nature to reach this beautiful scenery. A must do on the island

We loved this spot- unbelievably beautiful. The walk from Le Meridien was initially confusing- don’t follow the dirt road, take the small path down to the waters edge. You will need to wade in the water for some of the way but it’s only mid...More

La Piscine Naturalle is absolutely beautiful. You will get your feet wet on the walk to the pool so if you have reef shoes these are ideal. This is a great spot for children and non-confident snorkelers as you can see fish just walking into...More

Visited this place for 2 out of 3 days of my trip. Very beautiful with a lot of marine life in it. Fish, sea urchins, clams etc were everywhere! Love it!

I've snorkeled all over the pacific including the great barrier reef and this is the spot. You won't spot much unless you are prepared to snorkel, but if you do you will be well rewarded. No hire available so bring your own gear or borrow...More

Don't leave the island without visiting that place. A short walk from the Meridien hotel entrance. A true jewel of the island

Hi Margaret. You need to have francs on the Isle of Pines. There is a small charge of 250 francs each to visit the Piscine Naturelle I think this is levied by the local chief. There is nothing much to buy there a couple of... More
