I was recommended to use Carlos Shuttle to travel from Windhoek to Swakopmund. It was really good as they will do a confirmation SMS and then we depart after we paid the amount. One thing to be improved is the price as it NAD280 per ride and we have to wait for small change. I suggest make the number in the 5 or 10 i.e either NAD250 or NAD 300. I suggest whatsapp as an option since SMS is not free when using data. On my trip, I was picked up and dropped off on time. But for the last trip, I was late as the driver did a door to door drop-off. Luckily, the driver sensed this and quickly drove me to wika service station. This is a sign of excellent service. Hope that you can keep up such excellent service!

Extremely professional service. They responded quickly when we reached out to book a ride from Walvis Bay airport to our B&B, and they were waiting for us with a sign upon our arrival. Rode in a new Mercedes sedan, and the driver was very helpful and safe. Very much recommend!

We wanted to travel Independently, but not as self divers.
So Carlo‘s Shuttle was the Perfect Solution!
We booked every Shuttle from Solitaire to Etosha with several stops with them. About 7 or 8 shuttles. Every thing was perfect!
The drivers all very nice, they all picked us just in time and brought us to the next Guestfarm or Lodge, where we would stay for 2 or 3. days. (All upon our wishes).
Anna did a very good Job by organizing every thing. She always responded quickly to our mails.
The Price was fair - even cheaper than a rental car!
So thank you very much to everybody there.
We warmly recommend Carlo‘s Shuttle to everybody!

We had a great time with Carlo's Shuttle. They picked us up from Windhoek, transferred us to Sossusvlei (where we stayed for 2 nights and explored the area) then drove us to Swakopmund. Our driver, Andrew, was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Very pleased with Carlos Shuttle to be on time and very friendly on our ride from Wallis Bay airport to Swakopmund and back. Our biggest concern was with our driver going up to Swakopmund from the airport ( can't remember his name). As we drove along the highway, he began texting!! I asked him if texting was legal in Namibia and he said "no". I said "it's very dangerous, why are you doing it? He replied, " Just a short text was ok". I said "no text was ok, they all kill." He then his cell phone away.

Highly recommend Carlos’s shuttle. Door to Door from Walvis to Windhoek. Excellent driver Oom Conie was friendly and knowledgeable the service was spot on.

I did not myself travel with them, but I help others to have the pleasure to travel with them.
The reviews was excellent and the travelers where so grateful and they said they will do that again. Carols shuttle is reliable, on time and safe!!

We just had a transfer from Windhoek to Sesriem with Charles. Charles was super nice, punctual and is very good and careful! Absolute recommendation! We would book a shuttle with carlos shuttle service again at any time!

I made my booking last minute from Windhoek to Swakopmund and back; they delivered beyond my expectations. Carlos travel is the most organized and efficient shuttle service. There pick up is on time and they drop you right at the end of your destination. Their communication is so swift and customer care is on point. The shuttles are sparkling clean and well air conditioned. The drivers are very friendly, helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Namibia.

Hi. Ons gaan die 11 de Januarie 2016 na Walvisbaai met die MSC cruise. Volgens die inligting sal ons die dag van 13 Jnuarie in Walvisbaai hawe wees. Is daar enige toere wat ons kan doen vir n halfdag wat die tye van die boot sal pas.
