We had a great trip with an excellent female captain who so kindly provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the area and wildlife! We had a delicious lunch of oysters/champagne & much more! There was tea/coffee available on board and we saw Dolphins, cape fur seals, pelicans, seals. It was a most enjoyable morning and such excellent value... More

We were lucky that there were only 4 others passengers on board, so it was a small group. The others also had very little English, so we effectively had our own guide in Leon, who was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed meeting the baby seal Bubbles who came on board the boat for his breakfast, and also Lady Gaga the flamingo!... More

The 3 three hour trip with the motor driven catamaran was very quite with professional explanations whenever wanted. Especially the relaxed tour guide and good opportunities for photos of bird, seals, dolphins and sun-fish as well as the lunch snacks made the trip a special experience. We were luck any had only four other guests with us!

we booked a cruise for 8 people. when we arrived at the place there was a big chaos, finally we were 30 people on the catamaran. as our group had to board at last, the boat was already packed full except at the back down near the toilets. our group didn't get anything from the information given in front of... The Catamarans are designed to carry 40 Persons. We do not take more that 30. In your case there where 30 persons on board. I can not apologise for being fully booked. In the 15 years we have been operating ,we always ask that all guests first sit in front until we have explained the safety procedures. Therafter it is... More

From the time you make the booking until you are back in your car, ready to leave, the hospitality is outstanding. Robert is a fantastic guide with an encyclopedia of knowledge. His saying that I will remember for a long time is " this is an adventure, experience everything the boat and nature has to offer!" Thank you.

They started well, collecting us on time but organisation went downhill after that. Their list of guests was incorrect, their card machine worked intermittently and we all stood around waiting and waiting with no knowledge of what was happening. Eventually we boarded and moved off. The safety talk was brief and we were told where to find life jackets in... More

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed the tour and am sorry you felt that things where disorganised. It should have been said with the safety briefing about the seals and other animals jumping on the boat.. But we do not know when the seals will jump on board, However because of the size of the catamarans... More

We booked a cruise at Suns sail catamarans and it was great. We went on a nice boat, had a nice crew and happy (multilingual) guide and saw many dolphins, seals and pelicans. The trip was well organized (they also offer a free transfer) and the food was good. Thumbs up!

We had a wonderful trip with Sun Sail. The boat was fine. We were around 18 guests on the boat. Seemed to be a nice number of people. The guide Roger was entertaning and had a lot of knowledge, and he was good in shearing this with us. It was amazing sailing out early (0900) in the morning watching the... More

Rodger and Captain Oscar really gave us a great trip, very informative, good humour, entertaining and great snacks. Particularly helpful to someone who is not a happy sailor! Highly recommended And great service - collected and dropped from our hotel in Swakopmund, all included in the fee.

First of all, once we got on the boat, we loved everything. I could not have asked for a better cruise itself. The staff were great, the guide was funny and interesting, and we saw amazing animals and sights-- cape fur seals (up close, on the boat!,) tame-ish pelicans, dolphins etc. It was a smaller group, so it was a...
