We were a bit tired of driving that’s why we decided to do a morning township tour in Mondesa. It turned out the best tour I ever made so far in this vacay. I was so touched when visiting the kindergarten. A boy there celebrated his 6th birthday and I felt so lucky that I can celebrated a bit together with the kids in the kindergarten.
I would definitely recommend everyone of you who visit Swakopmund should book a township tour to Mondesa.
In the afternoon we also booked an activity of sand boarding with Khoi San. They instructors are very professional and patient. We spent 2h in the dessert and we had so much fun with Sand-boarding.

My brother and I took up sandboarding one afternoon while staying at Swakopmund with Khoisan Tours and we had an absolute blast! Romeo, our instructor, was very patient with us and was able to teach us everything we needed to know about sandboarding. We started mid-dune and as we learned more on turning, stopping, etc., we made our way to the top of the dune. It was a lot of fun and I highly recommend.
Side note: going up the dune is quite the workout so get ready to exercise a little!

This guys are the best in town.We were there for only one day,and they made a Town Ship tour with us even if we booked very fast.
So easy to reach them.we wrote them on WhatsApp and they respond us very fast and positive.
The tour itself was a very good one,the guides got all the answears to our questions,we learned a lot about African culture.
We also take the lunch in one native house,a very delightfull experience I could say:D
If you are in town,done esitate to contact this Company.

There were 7 of us including 3 kids, and we took the sandboarding experience with Khoisan. Both standing and laid down. For me the standing option was much more fun (like snowboarding), but there were people in our team who was scared of standing so preferred the laid down option.
Those who took standing one - could also try laid down, included in price.
Though sand is a bit slower than snow, it’s definitely the experience you should try :)
We had much fun and the riding was not difficult.
We had great instructors and everything went super cool!

This was so much fun. We felt safe and just had a good laugh. Eben who owns this business is so passionate about what he does. Romeo that works for him is kind and knowledgeable. We had such a lovely lunch after our sandboarding.
If you are in the Swakopmund and Walvis bay area, definitely constant them and go with them for sandboarding, you definitely won't regret it.
We can't wait to visit swakopmund again and we def using them again for sandboarding.

Best Tour operator to do Sandboarding in Swakopmund. The team is super professional and has great equipment. Romeo was really patient with me and showed me all the necessary skills to do great stand up sandboarding. It's much fun and a great experience.

We were the only one on the Township Tour and we had a great time. They explained and showed us a lot. All people are very friendly and we saw how simple the people live.
We could taste some typical food. There was a special taste for us but ok. Thank you for the nice day!

The sandboarding was awesome and really fun. I can highly recommend it. The guys (Romeo and Percy) were super kind and helpful. They showed us everything and gave us good advise. They had good equipment. We felt safe all the time. Thank you!

Had a great morning sand boarding with Romeo. He was a great instructor and super fun! It was our first time trying sand boarding and really loved it, would recommend for anyone!

An absolutely fantastic experience. The sandboarding session with Romeo was incredibly fun. The township tour with Eben and Mercia was extremely personal, friendly and insightful. We can fully recommend doing any tours with them!
