This is a wonderful experience. Latifa is a kind, experienced and knowledgeable guide of both the culture of Morocco and of course the food. We were accomodated greatly, being able to focus on vegetarian and vegan Moroccan cuisine. The experience was superb in helping us develop an understanding of the intricate work that goes into creating Moroccan dishes. I recommend... More

Arrangements were very easy, we had an immediate response to our e mail requesting a booking for the following day. We had a fantastic day with Latifa. She took us to the local market to choose our menu and ingredients before returning to her family home to cook up a feast. Latifa and her family were warm, friendly and informative.... More

Latifa is a lovely, warm and friendly host. She took us shopping in the markets for food and gave us plenty of choice for which dishes to cook. We then went in a taxi to her home where we felt very welcomed and learnt how to prepare and cook a 3 course lunch which was absolutely delicious. Although on the... More

My family and I, enjoyed a half day cooking class with Latifa the chef and her family. She is a great person and the dishes we made and taught us were just fantastic. We got the chance to prepare Moroccan tagine, zaalouk and crepes for dessert. I will absolutely come back one day and ask for more than a tagine... More

What a great experience with Latifa and her family. It was great to be given a choice of what to cook. Have done many cooking classes around the world and Latifa was the best. Approachable, patient and a true insight into the culture.

A more authentic experience it would be hard to find! The very lovely Latifa came to our Riad and took us shopping in the market for the meat herbs and vegtables that we would need! Latifa was very sensitive towards me as i am not pleased with livestock markets! We were then taken to an authenric morrocan family home and... More

My friend & I booked to do this after seeing the reviews and we weren't disappointed! Khalid met us at our hotel& took us to shop at the market. He speaks good English so we could ask all the questions we wanted. The cookery class takes place in his family home where we were made very welcome. Here we were... More

I can only echo the other excellent reviews for this cooking class. We had a fantastic day, the best of our trip, with Aziz, Khalid and his welcoming family. The price was 400 MAD per person which was great value for the three courses and the insight into Morac culture. The local market and experience of a traditional home and... More
