Wonderful tour with Lou's Rides. We went on the sunset odyssey and were extremely pleased with the ride. The guide is very good at telling the story of Essaouira, we also met a lovely Berber family on the way to finish on the beach riding in the sunset. The electric motorcycles are very steady and secure, and all the family REALLY loved it !
many thanks to Lou's rides for a great afternoon !!!

My husband and I did the 3 Valley half day tour which we said was the highlight of our week’s stay in Essaouira we enjoyed it so much. We were promptly picked up at our hotel and continued to be well looked after by Ismail from there. We started at Sidi Kaouki, a surfers’ beach, and went along a quiet road looking at everything from the beach to the countryside via talks about Moroccan life. We saw Argan trees and were able to spot the famous goats in the trees. We were lucky enough to feed them too which was another highlight!
The Berber family we stopped with for a break and refreshments were incredibly welcoming and interesting, we could have happily stayed longer with them.
Lunch was nice in an artist’s studio.
Ismail was absolutely superb, so friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour! He’s clearly very passionate about his country but also interested in you too. He’s a real credit to the company.
My husband and I don’t drive abroad so we’re a little nervous before embarking on the tour but the bikes are so easy to ride (like an electric bicycle in a way but much cooler!) and the roads are extremely quiet. The Berber village was all very easy to ride around as it’s very rustic.

This was the best thing we did in Essaouira! We popped into the shop and booked the sunset tour for the following day, the people in the shop were really friendly and welcoming. We were with another couple during the tour - each couple was provided with their own tour guide. Our guide, Ismail, was fantastic, very friendly, had lots to talk about and had a great knowledge of the area and Morocco in general. I really think Ismail made the tour the great experience that it was. The tour had regular stops which were all insightful and different to what we had experienced in other tours in Morocco. The bikes were fun once you got the hang of them. This is a truly unique experience and worth the money.

This was the perfect way to explore the real Morocco away from the town. Our guide Ismail spoke excellent English and knew so much about the history and culture of the area and its people we learnt more than we could hope to get from any guide book. The bikes were easy to ride and great fun (Ismail was great at keeping us safe but also making the most of our trip) and the bikes allowed us to get to areas we probably would never have gone to in a car. The highlight was being greeted by local children and a visit with a Berber family all of whom were genuinely welcoming and pleased to see us. We also had a hilarious meet up with a herd of goats and baby camels who we were able to feed. This could be the highlight of any trip to Essaouira or the surrounding area.

This was one of the best tours we have ever done on holiday! We were lucky enough to be the only participants and so Ismail's attention was all on us. I was even allowed to do a test ride the day before because I was worried about not being able to handle the bike because I had never ridden a scooter before. However, my fear was completely unfounded. Anyone who can ride a bike should have no problems! Driving was super fun and it is a great way to discover the landscape. Unlike with real motorcycles, you don’t feel like disturbing nature with noise or exhaust gases. However, we liked the various stops we made the most, especially feeding the animals and visiting the Berber family! It's also great that the guide takes photos and videos throughout the tour! So you don’t have to worry about it during the tour and can enjoy the experience completely! Of course, this tour is not entirely cheap, but it was 100% worth it!

Having visited Essaouira many times we found this new business and saw it shared on another site. Like others we wondered about the cost, but this was well worth it. BikeS are brilliant (maybe just take a cushion/pillow with you) so easy to ride and use. Our guide Ismail was brilliant very informative, and always checking to make sure were ok.
The locations we went to were great, proper Morocco, rural. Looking forward to our return to do another on there new planned routes. Yes I would recommend a trip Sunset Odyssey

The ebikes and escooters were amazing!!! Fat tires and cool colours, well maintained and fast!

The Guides were fun, kind, knowledgeable, and made the day a hoot!

We did the Sunset tour and also rented bikes for an hour to explore the coast.

Although the tour isn't cheap, it is 100% worth every penny. It's the ONLY thing I did while in Morocco as I wasn't well, but I dont feel like I missed, thanks to this tour.

I can't recommend this company or their tours highly enough.

Well done guys! You nailed it!

Excursion: ODYSSEE AT SUNSET
A superb experience to discover the surroundings of Essaouira. Between mountains, rocky desert, village, sea...50kms of total change of scenery. Thanks to Nada for all her explanations and smiles. An all-girl outing was really great. The meeting with the family that receives us at her home remains memorable. A great moment as well as the meeting with the shepherd in the middle of an argan plantation. Finish with the sunset on Sidi kouaki beach....WAOUH!!!!! A superb ride on electric motorcycles easy to ride and quiet.

We did the three valleys tour which was fantastic. Ismail is a brilliant and attentive guide. We really enjoyed it, especially spending time with the Amazigh family and seeing the goats and camels. And riding through the different and changing views. The bikes are great fun to ride and getting the photos and videos after is a really nice touch. We would definitely go again and try one of the other tours.

A fantastic half day riding around the valleys behind Essouria. Everything is done for you just twist and go. From the minute we were picked up from our hotel to when we were dropped back, we were treated like honoured guests. Bikes look like new, and safety was paramount throughout the tour. We saw a berber home, camels and goats, fantastic views, and had a lovely 3 course lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide talked us through all the sites and things to see along the way. He was brilliant. Best day of our lovely, long easter weekend in Essouria.
