The spa is beautiful, clean, and serene. The hammam was ok. The 60 minute massage was good, and the manicure and pedicure were very good. I appreciated being able to book online, and got my lengthy appt the next day. There is also a small hair salon but it didn’t look like it was operating the day I was there. The staff was lovely and the language barrier caused no issues. Everything was clean from the beautiful robe, slippers, and scrubbing mitt which was given to me in a sealed package. Disposable paper underwear were also sealed. I was pleased to have a locker to lock my things in. I would absolutely go again but I would skip the hammam. Prices were high for here, but reasonable compared to home prices. It was a bit tricky to find, like a lot of places in the Medina, and my GPS couldn’t find the address either. It’s in an alley in the square, ask staff at the hotel or restaurants to direct you.

Tranquil, clean, harmonious ambience. Spouse and I had massages and both were excellent, very professional. Leaving Morocco tomorrow or I would happily go again!

Dirty! Avoid! I booked traditional hammam and they gave me wet dirty flip flops and wet rope from a customer before me. The girl confirmed that she was wearing those flip flops and rope in sauna before.. Disgusting. I walked out without hammam. The place don't deserve not a one star!

I absolutely love this place, visit at least once each time I am in the medina. They offer a package of Hamman, Gommage and Massage and I enjoy being pampered for a couple of hours and escaping the hustle and bustle of the medina. They provide the real lux experience, complete with fluffy white robes, fragrant tea and a delightful ambience.

Lovely fine in the Medina. We had a traditional hammam which was 200dirham pp (£15) for an hour. Silky soft skin. Love it!
