Khadija taught us to make a sweet veg tajine which turned out to be the best meal we've had in Morocco. Khadija and Hussein were very welcoming to us and we felt very comfortable in their home. Would recommend everyone having this great experience!

Khadija and her husband were extraordinarily warm and hospitable. The patience, the delicious cuisine, the fun with others in the process- I would definitely do it all over again. You are seriously missing out if you don’t book this during your visit.

We had an excellent evening cooking in Khadija and Hussein's home. They were very welcoming and helped us learn more than just good recipes. They want all of their participants to learn about the cultures of Morocco and the homelands of the other participants, so...More

The evening starts off with traditional Moroccan mint tea and then you move into the kitchen where the excitment begins. The classes are small and you will definitely have a hands on experience. You will be assigned various tasks in preparing traditional Moroccan dishes. Khadija...More

We spent last night with Hussien and Khadija, which was really nice. This is not your standard classroom cooking class and you cook at their family home under the guidance of Khadija who is an experienced cook. It was very nice and homely and we...More

We had such a wonderful time in Khadija's house and I would recommend to everyone who wants a taste of local Moroccan culture. She explained clearly how the food was made, and her husband Hussein was highly informative and it was overall a great time.

You can find her online on Facebook. I think a Peace Corps volunteer is helping her with her business.
