This cosy Plaza Premium Lounge located just next to Aerotel Kuala Lumpur, welcomes all travellers, regardless of airline or class of ticket to refresh and relax prior to boarding. Aside from the signature services and facilities such as comfortable lounge seating, dining, work areas and complimentary Wi-Fi, guests will also enjoy a sumptuous spread of food and beverage options, with the live kitchen serving cook-to-order menu daily. This lounge also houses one VIP Room for 4 persons, and meeting facilities for up to 22 people.

Drop by the lounge due to transit and the lounge has no other customer yet there no staff around to take order on beverage. Waited 5min and theres no staff around and someone in uniform came up to asist, ordered a cup off coffee and waited yet noting arrived. Such a dissapointing service. Lounge is clean though.

Tasteless food, no quality, they don't serve alcoholic drinks. No option for vegetarians
No snacks as well.

Need to improve on food quality. Very limited choice of drinks for a busy place. Staffs seems ok. Again Food needs to upgrade and service people needs to put a smile in their face. Seems they Don't know how to smile. A tight face doesn’t give a good vibe about the place.

Great service by the team, well trained staff with good and clean environment.
Having a short break coz my flight delayed for more than 4 hours, very recommended to anyone to pamper yourself rather than do nothing

Once we landed at KLIA2 we decided to head to Plaza Premium Lounge next to the Hotel. There was no one there at the Front Desk,we waited till someone finally showed up.After going through the registration process we headed to see the Food Display,It was around 7:45 pm, Mostly Noodles and Pasta with Lentils.Cold Food look Old,Hot Food was Cold,we asked the Chef to make some Fresh Pasta with Lentils,He made some quickly and The first spoon full tasted like I was eating Frozen Pasta with Cold Sauce,we decided to forego the nasty Food and asked the people to help with the Coffee Machine (needed hot milk for Coffee) The 3 people working there were Busy Laughing and having a Good time on their Cell phones. They told the wife to help herself and it is "Self Serve" and they went back to their phones. which Infuriated me and I asked for the Manager,I came across a "Trainee" who did not know what to do and Just made excuses. This has to be the worst Lounge I have come across.

Had a six hour pass. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lounge was crowded and noisy. Usual blight of idiots using face time and inflicting their repeated exchange with half the lounge although this is not the fault of the lounge providers. Food on offer very limited and disappointing quality. Toilets in are need refurbishment and more regular cleaning and inadequate for the volume of guests. We left to use the toilets nearby in the general public area as they were cleaner and better appointed. Think you would be better off spending the access fee in one of the many good quality restaurants available on the concourse.

When I asked for the Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL) in KLIA2, I was initially recommended to go to the "Wellness Center" (which is owned & operated by PPL). It was a long walk-- and, the services offered (food drinks, including beer, showers, massage etc.) were more than adequate--- but the ambiance was "quite plebian". After an hour or so, I proceeded to my gate (L8) and found a second PPL right next door- and, which is branded as such. The ambiance was more "uplifting"- but smaller than many of the other PPL lounges that I have frequented. Both lounges are a pleasant, relaxing way to await a flight... with many services on offer.
I heartily recommend using either of these lounges.

Even though I booked the Private Resting Suite, Plaza Premium Lounge - Gateway@klia2? I was in the Aerotel section again for the 3rd time. I actually prefer this section because it's so quiet and I sleep like a log. However you don't get the same food access even though you booked through the Private Resting Suite, Plaza Premium Lounge - Gateway@klia2? site. I can never understand how this works but I still had another lovely stay and woke up fresh for my early flight. The small breakfast is enough but I they don't supply English tea in the room or at breakfast. I find this a bit disappointing but I just bring my own tea bags.

Great little lounge with good view of the people passing by.
Draught Carlsberg and small snacks for free. Much better than the one in klia International.
Will visit again

I went to the KLIA2 Plaza Premium Lounge near the L gates. There were nothing available. A simple drinking water in bottle also not available. The one available in the fridge marked X which belong to the staff.
Is this a Lounge ???
