Quite a good place for a stop and relax, you can watch movies on the story of how the Chineses come to Kuching and work to their status today.

A Chinese Museum located along the waterfront that portray all aspects of Chinese tradition. There is no entrance fee to enter the location.

A small air-conditioned museum. I would say that it may be more interesting to those with a Chinese-heritage. My parents who visited a few years ago, stated that some of the more interactive stuff have been removed. Overall, worth a visit if you're around the...More

It is a unique museum where you could find music instruments from ancient Chinese. You could also find the historical of Chinese in Malaysia but you can not be permitted to make any photograph here.

Small compact museum centrally located ... tells the history in a relaxing manner. . It was free entry and at the end of the visit you can just walk to Chinatown. ...

I think its one of the best museums here since it has some collections and participative activities while you are there.

The museum is well established and managed. It's located nearby the riverside and the tuo pak gong temple. It give a shirt glimpse of the Chinese history. The difference ethnics of chinese and their popular food are introduced. I like the map of the Kuching...More

Kinda surprise to find this beside the James Brooke Bistro. Very small and not much visitors when i was there. The collection isn't much but it provides interesting artifacts and historical information. Free entry.
