I did the one day kayak tour; 11km kayak down the Kuching River, lunch at local village and tour of village's spice and herb gardens. Rucksack seemed to be the only tour company to offer the village tour and lunch in addition to the Kayaking. Lunch was delicious and locally made, including homemade curry puffs and coconut treats. I had... More

The kayaking tour was great although a bit too lo g (11km is not nothing!)! But the guides and the driver especially were very friendly and made the day special. The tour was combined with the visit of the semenggoh orang utan reserve were more than one, namely 6, orang utans were seen!

What a great experience it is to kayak through the Sarawak rainforest with these guys! They are well organised and make sure it is as safe and enjoyable as can be. They picked us up at our hotel, took photographs on the water during the trip, arranged lunch and made sure we could focus on enjoying the wonderful surroundings of... More

We went on the orangutang and kayaktrip in April with our two kids 3 and 8 years old. Everything on this trip was just perfect. We saw four orangutangs and had a fantastic day on the river. Beautiful scenery, fascinating noises from the forest, delicious lunch and our two fabulous guides gave us interesting facts about the tribes, the river... More

We had an unforgettable day kayaking. It was just the right difficulty and time for a couple of people who had not kayaked for years! The guides were friendly, professional and informative. The scenery and view of the rainforest was amazing! We were provided a Malay lunch and our guide took piccies with his underwater camera, which we are now... More

This was a great way to see some of the rainforest and learn a little bit about the people who live there. We had a great time kayaking on the river: the river was high so we moved quickly and easily. For lunch we stopped at a village and were served lots of delicious home cooked food and fruit. We... This was the perfect day trip for me! I was picked up by Asin at my hotel at 8:45 and we then did a few more pick-ups and our group of 7 then headed out of town, about an hour's drive. It was then straight into it with tips on how to kayak, life jackets put on and then onto... More

A well organised tour of approx 3.5 hours kayaking with stops for swimming, lunch and a mini waterfall. Our guides were knowledgable and friendly, and the scenery we saw on the tour was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
